Zero stars – I’ve given this location enough opportunites, however after this past incident I will not give them anymore of my hard earned $$. They messed up my order on one occasion and laughed about it when I brought it back to be exchanged. The employees are very rude and lack basic customer service skills. One of the employees rolled her eyes when I asked for clarification around my order. Another time I went in, this same employee – the employee with the thick ponytail – was leaning on the counter scrolling on social media while I waited to be noticed standing at the register.
The final straw – I placed an order on 01/24/26 via the app for pickup. I arrived only to be told they were out of pea protein so the order had to cancelled. The cashier told me it would be 2-3 business days before I see the funds from the canceled order back on my card. However, after a week has passed, I still have not received my refund.
I called the cafe for an update today, which I was told they never received the money and that I’d need to dispute it with my bank.
Whats even more interesting is, the woman on the phone did not ask me for a receipt number or a order number so how does she know they do not have the money? And if they don’t have the money who does? I checked to be certain and Tropical Smoothie corporate website states that refunds are the locations responsibilty.
I’ve only continued going to this location because it’s extremely convenient on my commute. At this point, I’d rather go out of my way to a different cafe.

The peanut butter banana flatbread is my favorite and every time I order it its always thrown togetehr so messy, its way over cooked and super crunchy, I can barely eat it. This has consistently been an issue for months. Don’t order the food here the guy Is always in a bad mood and doenst carr about how he makes the food. One time I went through the drive through an hour before they were closing and the drive through was closed , I ended up going into the store and the guy asking the food was so “bothered” that he had to make food , he was very unpleasant. As you can imagine my food came out very crispy I couldn’t even eat it.

I love me a good fruit smoothie. The food options are small but filling, fresh and you feel healthier eating it. My only draw back when ordering delivery through the app, there’s no precautions for the establishment to cover your drinks or make it so the delivery driver can’t tamper or mess with it. It didn’t happen to me but, in this day and age, I need some precautions to be taken.

Went through the drive thru today and the young man that took my order was polite & the young man that handed me my smoothie was also nice but the 2 young ladies at the window (one took my payment and the other just gave me my food) didn’t smile & didn’t speak. They seemed miserable to be there. Going to a place of business and not being greeted properly is very upsetting, it doesn’t matter if you’re having a bad day, you shouldn’t take it out on your costumers.

Rude staff! The lady that was working the drive thru was extremely rude and told me to hurry up! Then got my order wrong… This isn’t the first time this has happened with rude staff either! My girlfriend won’t go to this location anymore because of the rude staff! The smoothies and food are delicious to bad the staff is horrible!

note to ownership/management. Mornings are busy. Nobody wants to wait 10 minutes for a smoothie. Please make sure there is enough coverage so that people on the way to work and school aren’t waiting extraordinarily long. Ridiculous.

The staff is efficient, fast, and friendly at the Richton Park location. Everytime I go through the drive thru or enter I’m greeted with a smile. The manager has great energy and it reflects in her staff.
