I am so disappointed to have been a customer of this tropical smoothie. I ordered a açaí bowl. Never tasted something so simple to make, taste so underwhelming. The açaí was full of ice, big huge chunks of granola, as if they just gave me a barely crumbled granola bar. Rotten bananas, and I asked for Peanut butter drizzle and they gave me a big glob of peanut butter, it basically saturated the whole bowl. I was visiting the neighborhood and on my way back north. Otherwise, I would turned around and went to go request for a refund. A waste of time and money. Deep Purple has the best açaí bowls, fruit is always fresh and everything neatly fits into a cup. Negative 5 stars if I could.

Its good but prices are so high I would never buy it without coupons I get in the mail and on the receipts. $18 for one meal is insane. Still $14 to $15 with coupon is high but I guess I buy it for that and feel better than eating other fast food since it is healthier (depending what smoothie you get the sugar can be high but the food is moslty healthy) so it must be worth that price to me. But if prices rise I would probably stop going.

The girl behind the counter dropped my sandwich on the floor and put it in the bag without saying anything. Half the time my smoothie is super bland and the other half of the time it’s good. Always a gamble coming to this location. Would not recommend. Was not worth the insane $40 that it was. Extremely disappointed.

i live 20 minutes away, there’s a tropical by me but no tropical does it like this tropical!!! i go out of my way to come here. The girls that work during the day are so friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a huge smile and sometimes a wave. makes me feel welcomed and that they want to make sure i have a good experience, which i always do. love this location and the girls that work

We did not like the smoothie. It was powdery, and tasted like a watered-down banana smoothie (I ordered blueberry bliss: blueberry, strawberry, and banana). I do not recommend going here. The man at the counter was hot though.
