came in and asked for two açai bowls, one specifically with no coconut. The sticker says no coconut and they still put coconut. My friend is severely allergic so I specifically asked for no coconut. I am very highly disappointed with this location.

From the moment I walked in, the smell was overwhelming — the floors reeked as if they had been mopped with the dirtiest water imaginable. Instead of smelling clean and fresh, the entire place had a sour, unpleasant odor that made it hard to even stand there comfortably.
What made it worse was the incredibly slow service. There were plenty of employees behind the counter, yet orders were crawling out at a painfully slow pace. No one seemed organized or motivated, and the staff looked visibly unhappy to be there. There was no sense of urgency, teamwork, or customer care — just a lot of standing around and minimal effort.
Overall, between the foul smell and the sluggish, disengaged service, it was an experience I definitely won’t be repeating. Cleanliness and efficiency should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this location failed on both.

This review comes on my 2nd visit, which is so unlike the first. Strange how things turn bc the 1st visit would have had a better review. The two biggest factors were not met here. First, though the cashier was polite nd seemingly willing to be of service, something went wrong with the full delivery of service. I visit TSC regularly nd anyone else who does knows that most cafes will bring ur food/drink to you after it’s prepared. On this visit..didn’t happen with me. In fact, my food wasn’t even announced at first, though I gave my name for the order when asked. I only knew my food was ready after another customer actually grabbed it thinking it was probably his as the person just threw it onto the pickup counter in front of the other customer who again then felt it was for him. After reading the stick on label he realized it was not his, told the cashier who then called my name. I wasn’t paying attn to any of it but the customer out of respect, apologized, saying he thought it was his bc it was put there in frt of him. Not good at all. Meanwhile, when I dug in, the food was sloppy nd poorly prepared. BALL DROP 101!!!

I get the Greek Yogurt fruit bowl which is very tasty and give that 5 Stars. I tried smoothie only once and was not impressed with that…have had better elsewhere. I would give the smoothie 3 Star average in that one. I forgot which one I got, but it had strawberries in it….May have been Bahama Mama but not positive. The only negative thing about this place is that I feel a bit “pricey.” I try to cash in on deals when I can, such as ones T-Mobile occasionally offers on their Tuesday deals.

Nice smoothie place in Joliet. I liked their smoothie with protein and coffee. Good place for teenagers to hangout. The seating could be better.

This location isn’t my fav. The young lady that made my smoothly didn’t even come close to filling the cup. And I sure she saw that. I was going to just let it slide but then I get home and the bacon in my flatbread sandwich was raw. Looks exactly the way bacon looks when you take it out the packaging. That’s disgusting. And some could get sick. If you’re not going to offer COOKED bacon just don’t offer it at all.

Both me and my friend went in this morning after online ordering, we gave them grace time to make our smoothies all together it was a total of three. Our smoothies sat on the counter behind the register for about 25 minutes before we finally said something, the workers were taking orders while they had other orders to give out. Our three smoothies sat on the counter and got watery. That’s not right and they didn’t even apologize. Didn’t receive order until 8:23 am.

I’ve been coming here since they opened since I work right next door at Tony’s, and man… these guys never disappoint. Sam, Roselynn, and Miguel are the main ones I see and I’m super grateful to have such nice people working there. Not to over do it, but yeah, they are the best of the best. Always welcoming and speedy with my order. Ignoring how this is my lunch break, they are highlight of my day whenever I go. Oh, and the smoothies are amazing (almoat forgot to talk about the food haha). Highly recommend this place for all you Smoothie heads out there
