It’s really nice to have a healthy option to eat at in Watertown not to mention it all tastes great too! I think our family has tried most of the smoothies but my recommendation is the pomegranate punch!
A lot of smoothies you get nowadays are from a concentrate or box… Not tropical smoothies, you can see for yourself that they are made from whole fresh ingredients.

Stopped in today and it happened to be homecoming. Everyone working hard and had a great attitude. Loved seeing the manager help her team too. My food was on time and everyone did a great job

usually have a good experience with the food but not today. i ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread and when i unwrapped it it was basically squished into a ball and half cold. looked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. don’t order food here just stick to drinks!

I highly suggest to go somewhere other than here if you’re planning to go with your bf. My bf and I decided to go check to the place out and what we got was slow service sat at the speaker for at least 5-7 min then when we finally got to the window and paid $13.09 for only two smoothies all the workers were just standing by the window as if they had nothing better to do with their job waited what felt like forever for our smoothies and when we finally got them one of the workers had written “you’re cute” on my bf’s smoothie. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inappropriate. Will never be going back there and will for sure be putting in a bad word for anyone who asks about the shop. Extremely disappointed on the service we received for our overpriced smoothies.

The first acaì bowl I got was really good but the next time I got one, the fruit tasted and looked old and mushy and there was SO much honey (not just a drizzle). I will give a shout out for amazing service and delicious food and smoothies! Just wanted to suggest that the fruit be fresh.

Always love the food and smoothies! Frustratingly the last three times I’ve ordered a wrap it has completely fallen apart from me when trying to pick it up. It would be great to have the wrap be wrapped tighter as well as cut all the way through. Wish they had the cranberry truffle smoothie again!

Totally impressed!!! Never been to Tropical smoothie before, and I will be coming back every day!! Got 3 Smoothes 2 flat bread sandwich’s and one wrap all with sides. Only $40!!!! The gal taking our order through the drive through was so nice!! We only waited like 15 minutes total, including ordering!!! Not to mention the prices for the smoothie match the amount of drink you get! Totally worth it. Everyone in my family loved the food and drinks. Also! I took my food home (15 minute drive) and nothing was soggy or gross, it was perfect! Wrapped with labels! So convenient, so easy. Loved it!!

My service is always GREAT! I come everyday at least once if not twice. I order both food and smoothies. The price is average, no complaints. Smoothie price is great for size and nutrition beats what my usual coffee drinks used to be. Those complaining I have to wonder about their intelligence levels. Wait times are busy for all food business during those times. Some of the other complaints are just bogus! Some need to learn how to order on the app. Not every smoothie or food product is going to be a persons favorite. It is a personal preference, not the businesses fault. Until my next move, thanks for coming to Watertown.
