Stopped by Tropical Smoothie in greendale with my girlfriend and had an awesome visit. The store was spotless, the music was good, and my smoothie came out fast and tasted amazing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because the flavor was on point.
Shoutout to Joseph and Zyion for the excellent service. They were super polite, worked efficiently, and kept the line moving while still being friendly to everyone. It’s rare to see a team that’s both quick and genuinely kind.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie in greendale! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and upbeat. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and made quickly — exactly what I needed for a refreshing pick-me-up.
What really stood out was the customer service. Joseph and Zyion went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, patient, and had such positive energy that it made the whole visit better. It’s always nice to see employees who actually care about the customers and take pride in their work.
I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend this location if you want great smoothies and even better service!

Ordered two bowls that were given to me half empty. Asked for the employees to remake them and they refused so I asked for a refund and they refused. They said I have to come back when a manager is there. I will not be coming back to support this establishment. The young lady was giving me attitude and seemed like she wanted to fight. The service here is horrible.

I used to ACTUALLY like this location but over the past couple days the BEST employee they have had since this place started is no longer here. Us as customers can already feel that our favorite employee the one we came too see daily is not here!!!!! I don’t know who’s running this company but if your employee voices what’s going on in your store you shouldn’t then fire them!!!! I for sure will no longer be in this location and will definitely for sure be letting everyone I know not to come into this location!!!!

My flatbread was outstanding! My boyfriend’s hummus wrap was also better than normal. Cynthia was our server. We were politely greeted and checked on us while we dined in. I would recommend this location! Very friendly.

One person ahead of me in line when I got there, placed my order and waited over 30 minutes, ended up just leaving without order I had to get back to work. Only two people working if they are that busy they should hire more people. Will definitely not go back to this location.

Unbelievably unaware employees. With over 10+ orders in the queue, not one was moving with any sense of urgency. Smoothies were being made one at a time and one pitcher being washed, while the four other blenders remained unused. Over four people in line that were never greeted and a pile of smoothies on the back counter without being called out. I get it’s a bunch of teens working this location but none of them cared. Waited over 15min past the pickup time on a mobile order for 1 single smoothie. Several people walked out and I for sure will not be back.

LOVE smoothies so this place is PERFECT for me! Lots of options and I havent had a bad one yet!! Staff is always friendly and service is quick. Wish I had this kind of smoothie option buffet in my own place.
