I have had nothing but the best experience at this tropical smoothie. They are always so friendly and get my order delicious. My favorite employee to see working is Josie, she has the biggest smile and always makes sure to have everything taken care of!

New location- recently opened. Stopped in with the kiddos to check it out. We were specifically after smoothies but they did have a nice size little menu of food items.
The staff were all very helpful and one even let us know that you can get any regular size smoothie split in to 2 kid cups if you just ask! This was a wonderful tip!
In my mind they would have had a more expansive smoothie menu but other than that I had no complaints. Smoothies were delicious. Kids cups were a good size for little ones. We will definitely be back.

i just want to start off by saying that i usually love tropical smoothie but my visit a couple hours ago was not good. the worker was very snobby and didn’t seem welcoming or nice at all which was uncomfortable at the window. i asked for a kids quesadilla with cheese and chicken and then i didn’t get offered a side, which i normally do. i had to ask if i could add the sweet potato’s. i then go to the window and she was not friendly at all, no smile, just asked if i was paying with card and handed me the machine. i left and went home to eat my food and there is no salsa in with my quesadilla and there is also no chicken, which i payed extra for. i hate saying this because i go here frequently but i feel like they desperately need to work on how they treat customers and how they prepare the food.

This place is great! I love everything by about it! I went in and gahhh lemme tell the tropical vibes just tickled me! It really excited me how much this tropical smoothie has a tropical vibe to it with great service and astronomical food!

I really wish the workers here were friendlier — every time I come in, they seem a bit stuck-up and unwelcoming. I used to love the chia seed oatmeal pudding, but lately it’s been Extremely soggy every time I order it, even the oats and Sometimes the granola. Even if I eat it right away. The hot food is never quite hot either; the cheese doesn’t melt properly in the middle and it’s just lukewarm at best. This has happened every time I’ve been lately. Gave 2 starts because I know they can be good.
I’ve been to this café in other cities and states and never had these issues — unfortunately, this is the only one near my house, and it’s disappointing to see how the quality and service isn’t up to par.

The staff was great a friendly offered great recommendations. We are new to their menu and didn’t see the combo option until after we had ordered. The shift lead and members helped us sort it all out so we just were able to make a seamless transaction to just pay the difference.
