Overall, this location is amazing! The food is hot, the smoothies are packed with flavor….if you go before noon. The morning crew is amazing and make great food. The afternoon/evening crew…different story. All the smoothies taste like ice, and the food is always missing ingredients and is smaller? I come here often as it’s one of the only places I can get a smoothie when I work odd hours, and I have come over a dozen times at this point, and the morning is always great…and the evening makes me want to never return after noon. All I want is for the smoothies to always taste the same and for the food to be the same. I just want the evening crew to get more training, and to care, or follow the recipe.

Of all the smoothie place. Tropical smoothie Cafe offers the best selection and the tastiest and most satisfying smoothie. The staff are courteous and friendly. The app is so easy to use and pick up is a breeze.

Although customer service is hit and miss.
Sometimes I get good service and sometimes I don’t.
Pro tip: order on their app and pick up inside! Super fast and convenient. I don’t have to deal with service.
I’ve ordered all the fruit smooth without yogurt and they are amazinG. Easy to add
Supplements and other add ins.
My favs are Pomegranate Punch or Very Berry Cranberry.
My order usually comes to $6.xx a drink.
I’ve even stopped by for BOGO Happy hour with buy one get one half off.
Worth it.

I love Tropical Smoothie however this is the 3rd time they haven’t put the salsa on my Santa Fe Quesadilla and no side of salsa next to it. Just disappointed that this has become a regular issue lately. When I ordered multiple times before, it comes with salsa and typically a side of it too.

I came in on a Friday afternoon. I needed 100 gift cards, so I started by ordering a smoothie. I ordered the Bahama mama. It was absolutely delicious. I sipped on it while the gift cards were being rung up. The girls working were so sweet about ringing them up. They were so patient and kind. They even thanked me for my patience! Even though I wouldn’t have expected them to move any quicker than what they were!
They all worked together handling the gift cards and other customers and orders. AMAZING service.
