This Smoothie place is so worth the stop. Nestled in an outdoor strip mall on the main drag just yards west of Panera Bread is this hip joint where you will be greeted upon walking in by cheery staff.

I can’t say enough about the employee named Emma. She is absolutely the sweetest. She is very engaging and polite.There are a few others that should not be working there, simply rude and the way they talk to others (staff) is just disgusting.

I am so glad I found this cafe! My new favorite place to stop in Gaylord!! Great food and great service! I wish they had more than one size for smoothies, but having only one size makes them super efficient. Highly recommend you try it at least once.

We LOVE having Tropical Smoothie close to home now! The shakes are on point and we have enjoyed each food item we’ve tried so far! The atmosphere is fun and the employees are friendly and helpful. Allison helped us on our most recent visit and she went above and beyond and even made my girls feel very comfortable ordering on their own!

One person that has stuck out to me is Allison. She’s always so kind and has a smile on her face. She’s a great person to have on your staff from my point of view.

Went in there yesterday craving a smoothie, drove from Roscommon just for that!! I went into no customer’s and three workers, one looked at me and said be with you in a minute!! Continue to wait next thing you know three young gentlemen walk in, and what do you know they were waited on immediately!! I was just left standing there in shock!! So ended up leaving without my smoothie!!!! So thank you to those three employees for the great customer service!! Definitely do NOT Recommend This place!!
