My first time coming here was in Virginia Beach several weeks ago and I was so excited to see there is one in Michigan! So I had to stop. Got the Supergreen Caesar Chicken wrap and the Passion, Dragon fruit smoothie. OMGosh, it’s soo good. I definitely recommend coming here. The wrap is a good size, vinegar chips and smoothies are large (24oz). It was $15 and some change.

I am a regular at Tropical Smoothie. I always enjoyed the exceptional food and service. However, they have took the plant base chicken off the menu. I am a pescatarian and I love this option. I implore you to get the plant base chicken back on the menu. It would be helpful for those who are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian etc.

I ordered a simple order and added no almonds to my bowl because I am allergic. I received a cheese and chicken dilla when I ordered a cheese and can’t eat any of my meal. I will not be receiving a refund for up to 7 days and the manager at the alpine location was very rude. Will not be back

I’m here a lot! More often than I’d like to admit, but it’s very convenient and quick. I’ve never had a bad experience, and the staff is usually friendly and does great. Shout out to Sarah the manager! She’s a rockstar for the work she does here, and makes a point to get to know the regulars.

I have been going to this tropical smoothie on a regular basis after work since the beginning of last summer and time and time again I have had great service, great food and I have never had a complaint. Every time I walk in I am greeted kindly and they always make me feel welcome. It’s nice to come in here after a stressful day at work and drown my worries and sorrows with a cold smoothie

I really like this location the only negative is they NEVER answer the phone. I had to call regarding my order and never got an answer and I called many times at many different times. Please improve this I understand staffing maybe short however all customers satisfaction matters.

Walking in to this establishment I immediately smelled a displeasing and unwelcoming aroma in the air. I did however have a much more favorable experience with the young lady who waited on me. Better still was the smoothie which I was offered. I am awfully curious though why my order at this location was consideredably cheaper than it was at another Grand Rapids location. The orders in fact were exactly the same.

Wow, their prices are sick and wow their are getting worse in quality.
I bought a mango smoothie with more ice than mango or whatever smoothie they say or make, is super ice water with flavor that what that was , and their salad is SUPER SMALL for 10 Dollars or more. ( That’s a salad for a baby not a meal )
I hope they get better or this one was the last time I bought in their company.
