This was my favorite location up until recently. I went in to ask if they had changed the recipe to the Sunrise Sunset smoothie as the last 2 I had that week tasted just like water. The Night Shift Manager told me it could just be the fruit shipment that they got and this is why it taste that way. He said he’s never had the smoothie and because he remade it before that week, there was nothing else he could do. He said I was the only person that complained about this smoothie and I could try to go on the app to try to get my money back for it. I let him know and showed him on the app that it wouldn’t let me do anything because it was still saying that the order was in process. He said he didn’t know what to tell me and I could try it later or the next day. Now I have to do the problem solving for him and I asked if there was a number I could call as their store has no phone. He said there’s a corporate number but he doesn’t have it memorized. He came back 7 minutes later with the number and I took it down. I will never go to this location again and it’s the worst experience I’ve had to date at a tropical smoothie.

Once again another disappointment order at this location, first I decided to place my order ahead of time to save time and make the process easier but I got stuck in drivethru for 15 minutes, no hi or anything at the speaker, ok and I received my order. My smoothie had so many mango chunks and ice bits that it was impossible to use the straw and extremely sweet like 3 times the amount of sugar and look at my quesadilla with like 3 pieces of chicken. I get a LOT of tropical smoothie from multiple locations. I don’t normally write reviews, but this particular location is uniquely bad. The orders are consistently incorrect, missing items, or over cooked. I’m not sure if it’s just one or two employees or management, but it’s to the point where I will drive 20 minutes away to go to a different location. Every time I am short on time and do order from this location there’s always an issue. My most recent order was an incorrect smoothie. I’ve had a few instances of really watery smoothies or the wrong flavor. I’ve also had the quesadillas consistently come burnt to the point that the paper is burnt onto the quesadilla. When something is missing or incorrect, the phone number goes straight to voicemail.

Every time I get the mocha madness it’s like they don’t crush the ice all the way. That’s nothing in comparison to what I threw out (of ice)

This Tropical Smoothie never has my order on time. Seems to help everyone else before making orders that are online. Then they gave me two small cups? Sometimes they don’t provide the straw on orders I pick up for delivery. What’s that about? No attention to detail or care about orders. I stopped tipping some time back because I have never gotten my order on time and have to stand there and watch for 15 minutes as they make orders for the to go window. Will be switching to another location.

Every time I come to this location, I feel good about it. Everyone is always so friendly and spunky. The food comes out great, and they don’t hesitate to make sure it’s right or even custom. The last time I went in, I asked for the banana granola peanut butter breakfast wrap, and the gentlemen was happy to make it the way I asked. Everyone here is such a pleasure! Thank you for always having it right!!
