I went through drive through yesterday to get a jetty punch + almonds. I was the only one in line for 10 minutes before anyone would come to the window to take payment and when they did come to the window they wanted me to pull forward.
Fast forward to later in the night I go to dump out the remainder of what me and my child didn’t drink and out falls a piece of chicken out of my fruit smoothie. I called and complained they are trying to put blame on me for having chicken in my sink when I dumped it out. My sink was clean and empty when I dumped my cup out. They won’t take any accountability for it either.

Absolutely, delicious smoothies! They come in one size only, and they are quite expensive, but worth it. The food is a bit expensive too but it is good all in all. We only ever used the drive through and order through the app sometimes too. We have never been inside yet.

I understand that they are new and busy, but if you want to get your food/ smoothies faster go through the drive through or order ahead. It took 25 minutes to get my smoothie when I went inside, and about 15 minutes to get a wrap. After waiting 25 minutes, my cup was not even full and was about an inch and a half or two inches away from the top of the cup. The smoothie tastes good and the wrap was also good, and the quality of the food is the same as other tropical smoothies that I have been to. I probably will not be back for a while until they have been in business for a while.

She was friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure my order was correct and delivered with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made the visit even better.
