Been coming here almost daily since they opened and the service used to be good and fast and now that’s not the case at all. Very very slow now the last 6 months or so. We order online 100% of the time and it’s 20 mins minimum anymore to get the smoothies. Other than that, no complaints.

if you customize anything, they are likely to get it wrong. I order from here constantly and I get more wrong orders than correct. no blueberries must translate into I only want blueberries. it’s something different everytime too. there’s no granola in this one, how do you forget the granola

Food was good and the smoothie, but the manager was not pleasant. As soon as I walked in with my family she made a remark oh great there’s a group of people. She didn’t smile or try to be friendly. The other crew members were very nice and made the experience better!

my mango smoothie and cbr flatbread were the best ive ever had from here before! only 2 ladies working but everything still came out really quickly (2 flatbreads, 1 wrap, and 1 smoothie) and they were very kind.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and the service has consistently gone down since opening. Used to love coming in and getting my smoothies here. In the morning, there’s a small group of people that order their smoothies ahead of time to have them ready when we get there. We all use the order ahead option. Essentially there’s no sense in doing that since the woman that always opens is always late making our smoothies. I go out of my way to make it to this location in the mornings. People order ahead so they can get to work on time. She needs to get to work earlier if she can’t handle the mornings. Or staff an additional person.

I came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread with no tomato. 15 min later I received a chicken bacon ranch flatbread with no bacon tomatoes included. I asked the cashier why it said no bacon instead of tomatoes. She said idk I must have pressed the wrong button. No offer to remake, nothing. Maybe she was already frustrated idk.
