Smoothie was barely blended, with big globs of kale and didn’t taste right. I always get the detox island green when traveling and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had. Had it been my first time, I would’ve assumed all tropical smoothies are this bad. Maybe they were having a bad day, yeesh.

March 22 2025. Probably one of the worst experiences when dealing with anyone at this establishment.
Young “people” need to learn respect let alone how to do their job to begin with. Horrible interaction after seeing missing food. The stares and glares that were given were extremely unnecessary after protesting that the food was correct when it clearly wasn’t.
And the food. Let us get to that Horrible excuse of the word entirely. I’ll let the photos do the talking here.
Would really appreciate someone of some sort of authoritative status to at least check in on the kiddies to make sure they’re playing nicely.
This is and will be the last time we come here to this location. Happily we will drive out of town if we want to attempt another tropical smoothie endeavor.

Phenomenal work on Tuesday night. I walked in and there was almost a line out the door with only two people working. I’ve never seen two workers being so fast and efficient with getting orders out and still being in high hopes. They were both super sweet considering they had orders filling up there screens. Props to that boy and girl. Will be coming back to this establishment!

I ordered a Bahama Mama Smoothie and a Thai Chicken Salad to go. Though my smoothie was good, I realized when I got to my destination that I had instead received a Caesar Salad, with no dressing, and no eating utensils. I tried to call the number, it was an automated system and would just disconnect.
I drove all the way back to the location, and one worker graciously remade my order. However, there was a customer waiting to have their order taken for far too long (at least 5 mins), with no one at the service counter and at least 4 workers in the back room having a pow-wow on their phones (3 female, 1 male: you can see one formal on her phone in the dark back room in the last photo of this review, all the other workers were back there with her). When I looked behind the counter, I realized how incredibly dirty this location actually is, even the shirts the employees were wearing were just nasty dirty on the front. There’s far too many young people working with no actual adult guidance or direction. I have reason to believe the reason my order was messed up, per my observations while I was waiting for the remade order, is due to typical teenage behavior of one person doing all the work while others are slacking, as the young girl who actually made my order seemed frazzled and stressed while I was trying to explain to her what was wrong with my order, all the while the others didn’t care one bit and continued with their gossip about a door dash driver and the drama from it that happened earlier in the day and then continued the group pow-wow to the back room. As a small business owner myself, I recognize this to be lack of proper management (or MIA management), reflecting directly to the location owner. Looking back on other reviews, something needs to be done at this location from Corporate.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service at this location.

The atmosphere can be loud, but at times relaxing. The young employees however tend to be very forgetful at times, throughout 2024-middle 2025 I ate lunch there quite often, I counted 4 times I waited my entire 1hr lunch for my mobile order to be ready only to find out, I was overlooked. Honesty goes a long way these employees admitted to me all 4 times that I was either forgotten about or my order was labeled as ready when it was not done yet. This is why I no longer go here, 4 times running late back to work and also being hungry each time was enough to turn away from them.

Waited while the girls chatted in the back. Then was charged $7+ dollars when the sign hanging clearly stated smoothies between these hours were $6. It was 815AM When I asked, the girl said she really didn’t know why that sign was up. This location is poorly run and dirty. The walls, counters and WINDOWS! No gloves or hand washing seen. Do Better!

food and smoothies are always bussin, but man when the service is shit each time you gotta make it known. If i’m paying debit, i shouldn’t have to go back to avoid giving a tip. literally happened again today; where my total was 32$ for 2 smoothie meals, and i use military discount to save a few $ and it literally tries to force you to give a 15% tip. shit is beyond me; and when i asked to refund it to give a custom tip not 15% basically my military discount was given to tip them! can’t be fixed or it’ll mess up the til, that is bullshit. Sick of these establishments forcing additional tips like goddamn let me be the one to make that decision, not have to fix it and be careful or i’m getting the tip included price. beyond disappointed with T smooth today, won’t be getting my business again.

I’ve been getting smoothies from this locations for years. Generally multiple times a week and I have never had a bad experience. Until today, which I’m attaching the picture. I know that it’s fruit and ice so there can be times it has some chunks that didn’t blend completely, but this is just ridiculous! I bought the nasty edible straw for the first time today because I didn’t have time to run out and had it delivered and it was a $12 min. I could not even use the straw as this smoothie is no where near blended. Why would anyone think it’s okay to serve this to a paying customer? When your paying $8 for one smoothie you’d like to be able to drink it! It doesn’t even look appetizing what do ever. I’m very disappointed

Great Service, great location, great everything! However….I couldnt give full ☆s because, our smoothies were not as smooth as they could have been! There was still Ice chunks too big to drink with the straw. New Blenders maybe?! But we’ll be back…we love this place.

zero consistency with food and smoothies as new members are never properly trained. Constant immaturity from what seems to be the general manager, constantly demanding the crew to follow his outrageous orders, clearly making them uncomfortable and upset, along with yelling at the crew while they are busy with customers, taking their orders or helping them with their concerns.
