Ordered an acai bowl w Nutella a couple weeks ago. They forgot the Nutella. I called in to let them know and they offered to put my name in their book for a replacement. Today I went in for my replacement, ordered “acai bowl w nutella” and they managed to forget the Nutella, again. Didn’t bother calling this time, will use S. Saginaw Rd and hope for better results.

Wow!! The lady who said she was the manager at the Eastman location was very rude and inappropriate. She laughed at not being able to refund my order and said “I will tell the owner but he probably will not reach out to you”. I could not believe how she was addressing me or the conern. When I asked for her name, she would not give it to me. Tropical Smoothie – do better! There is too much competition out here for you to treat your guests this way.. This is YOUR manager… disgusted.

Horrible every time I have gone, I always give a place multiple shots in case I just encountered a bad shift or a rush but it has been bad each time. There is litter all over the floor and the employees are not that friendly. Almost every time I have gone half the lights have been off making the atmosphere not very warm. I also tried the apple kale slaw but was disappointed when I received a half of a container.

I’ve gone inside to order food on my lunch break from my work place many times and no one comes to take your order , you have to wait until they notice you.
There’s nothing you can do until they notice you . Not fair to the customer .
The bigger complaint is the cabatta bread turkey sandwich.
Turkey tasted stale and could only stand to eat half , went back and said something about it to the worker and the response was
” Well we – freshly – slice daily”
sorry ! That’s how complaints get handled there . Okay ☹️

This place always has great quality food and fast service. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the speaker in the drive thru area doesn’t work very well. The employees had a very hard time understanding me and I suspect that a lot of reviews containing complaints about “wrong orders” are a result of bad speaker quality. The employees do a great job here but the speaker means that mistakes are bound to happen. I will adjust this review to 5 stars once the speaker issues have been addressed.

Hate to be savage with a one star review, but it has gotten ridiculous here with the cost saving measures at premium prices. I know costs have gone up, but the portions now are getting pathetic for the price. TS has always done this a bit, but now they are not even coming close to giving what they used to and prices continue to go up too. My quesadilla was tiny, sides filled less than half of the smaller containers and the flavor was also lacking, especially in my smoothie compared to the past. Step it up guys!

I frequent this location often due to convenience. Somehow, every time I place an order, they always forget the sauce with the quesadillas, and I have to go back to get it. Shame on me for not checking each time, but at this point, it’s kind of ridiculous that it happens every time. There is also no silverware or napkins ever included with an item that you have to eat with a fork on the side. You guys should really be more consistent and pay attention to small details
