Grabbed a PB Premium smoothie after the gym and it was exactly what I needed. Super creamy, filling, and tasted fresh. The staff was quick, and the store was very clean. Definitely coming back!

We try to avoid this location when we can. Their wait times in drive through are always extremely long. We just ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla, receipt on the smoothie says 1:51 and we just finally pulled off at 2:05. And while i understand short staff or other things, this is a recurring issue at this store.

hi, I go to tropical smoothie very often and I have to say this is my least favorite store. i work close to this location and usually place an online order on my lunch break and go to pick it up. today I go to pick it up and the door is locked so I go to the drive-through and the line was long and extremely slow, so I ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get an order that was placed 20 minutes prior. it was around 8:05 when i placed this order and i arrived around 8:25. i did not leave until 8:55 so i wasted my whole meal period in line for an order that should’ve been easy to pick up. as a customer service manager in retail and previous foh restaurant manager, i understand pre-closing but u shouldn’t be half closed w doors locked 30-40 mins before close its a bit much, especially if employees can’t handle getting the drive thru served quickly. after my long wait i received a half cooked quesadilla, looks like they put it in the microwave. very disappointed and am considering not coming back.

Went through the drive through and asked for no added sugar due to an allergy. I asked again at the window to verify it still happen. Please avoid this location, employees are rude as well and waste $8.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worst experience. I’ve been there a few times just to give it a chance but every time I go there it’s a awful experience.the Food is not good.the Shakes are not made properly. Staff is very unfriendly That’s my personal experience with this place. I will never visit this location again

They steal your order points here! Got a smoothie at 3pm and tried to add my reward points at 11pm only to receive a msg saying they have already been redeemed by someone else. SMH who else has my receipt besides me? Very weird, won’t be going back to this location.

No one was at the drive thru speaker so we had to pull up to the window where it took minutes to get acknowledged. We were charged for 3 drinks when we only ordered 2 then they only gave us 2 which were wrong. Both smoothies were mid at best. Really awful experience.
