i approached them when nothing but respect when they made my smoothie wrong, the girl who made my smoothie was sweet and willing, the girl on the phone when i called back tho, had the craziest attitude. girl relax. i just want my smoothie remade that i paid $11 for. and you’re not even fitted.

I order a smoothie every day before I go to work. Most of the tome service is great. I call my order in e every night. You have one employee that answers the phone like she is at home. Just Hello. Very poor customer service. Not Hello this is Tropical Smoothie. Just Hello Hello. Need training on how to answer a business call. Plus they cannot count if the register doesn’t do it for them. Even when trying to figure it out with the calculator. They all need a short math class. But most are very polite. Teach them basic math or you will get the short end of the stick.

please educate your employees on the importance of “add ons” when someone places online orders. Came in around 2:45 on Wednesday November 6th, There was two girls behind the counter. One working register, the other one making smoothies. I didn’t get her name, straight, long, brown hair. While she was prepping our smoothies I approached the counter out of curiosity, making sure that when she received the ticket for my drink she seen the mod for “extra white chocolate” she said no, it wasn’t there multiple times. I went back to my phone to make sure that I actually put it through, and it wasn’t a mistake on my end before approaching her again. When I tried to show her my screen and how it said “white chocolate” under “Bahama Mama” She started to get extremely snooty Saying that the reason why it says that is because there is white chocolate in a Bahama mama I proceeded to tell her that I hit the white chocolate button where it charged me an additional dollar and some change because that’s what I wanted AND payed for and she then went on to tell me no “but it’s fine it’s fine it’s fine” Obviously, it’s fine because I paid for this add on. Mind you, I ordered two smoothies and the one that said white chocolate was more money. When I went back to my chair I seen the girl start running her mouth to the other employee, that’s when I got up again to show the other girl this time that the add on WAS CHARGED. I cannot stress this enough, please educate your employees on how online orders work when there are add ons, and how to properly speak to people who are just inquiring their order is correct. How many customers have paid an additional price for things that they didn’t receive? And the attitude with that girl was completely unacceptable, I never once got disrespectful, I just wanted to be sure I received what I payed for (as anyone would have done) I’ve been working in the Restaurant industry for 12 years. This is definitely not how you act. Do better.

Thankyou for the amazing food everytime! I’m here because there was a small situation today and thr service I got from Tropical smoothie was amazing. They were very kind, understood the problem. There was just a mixup that was on nobody’s end really but they still insisted on fixing it so I thought it deserves another post. I wish I remembered the names of the employees but whoever is there when I post this (09/14/2024 @ 2:02pm you’re awesome and thankyou! Always max stars!
