No one greeted. Once finally acknowledged, we placed our ordered and our smoothies were made in the back? Usually they make it and you can see them working, this wasn’t the case. No telling what they did in the back – as the service was rude.

Customer service has gone down exponentially. The last two weekends I have placed mobile orders, and the older woman at the counter has been SO RUDE. Most unhelpful woman I have ever dealt with, and the worst attitude I’ve experienced at a customer service job. Today I walked in to pick up my açaí bowl order, to be told they don’t have the bowls in stock. Fine, but when I asked for other alternatives and what was in the alternative bowls (due to a dairy allergy) I received “I don’t know the ingredients in these”…. Well how can I know what to order then? Then I was told I can’t be refunded for the bowl I did not receive (nor could get proper info on ingredients for a replacement) until later in the day. So now I just have to hope I get refunded properly. Overall, the lack of customer service at this location means I won’t be coming back.

No one greeted me, waited 5 mins for someone to come take my order, I asked to modify something and the young girl gave me attitude. I asked for a receipt to redeem my points and was told the printer wasn’t working. Last but not least my açaí bowl was made poorly and taste very watery

Walked in, door was open and 3 hrs prior to close with my wife. Stood there 10 minutes and no one ever came up. Walked back to the car and no one ever came as we watched from the window. 0 customers and a horrible rating and i can see why. Smelled bad in there anyways so probably dodged a horrible time.

The store manager raelyn did not want to help me or even listen to me. I showed her on my phone that I placed an order for pick up at 8am. I got there at 730 and she said it wasn’t in her system. I patiently waited until 8am and she said it still wasnt in her system and so she cant fo anything even though I showed her on my phone the order and confirmation number and everything. She was just rude and not accommodating.

Ordered two meals with smoothies. Got to my car and realized I was missing the Thai chicken salad. Looked in bag, and there was a thai wrap. Went back in and let the person know it was supposed to be a Thai salad. They ask me what the wrap is. I said I assume Thai wrap but I didn’t open it so she huffed it into the garbage along with my receipt. Then she came back out and had to pull the receipt out of the garbage to confirm I was correct. I got the salad a couple of minutes later or I should say mini salad and no dressing. Had to ask for dressing which took longer than making my salad. Attitude toward me when I wasn’t the one who made the error. I like the food and smoothies but the service is lacking.

I placed my order online to be picked up at 6pm on 3/17. When I got there they informed me they didn’t have the sweet potato bites I ordered, bummer but understandable. Got the food home and it was tasting good… Until I bit into my sandwich and pulled out a chunk of paper. When I opened it up, I found a large piece of paper in the middle of the sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable, I just wasted $9 on a sandwich. This place won’t be getting my business again as it looks like this is just one of the many problems that people are experiencing. Corporate should take look at this place as it wasn’t particularly clean inside and they are peddling inedible food.

It has been 4 days since my horrible experience here. Other than the copy paste response from the owner, I have not been contacted to make it right. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Livonia! The food was fresh and flavorful, truly a five-star treat. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and quick to assist. And an inviting and vibrant, it’s a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend for a delicious smoothie and a great time.

I placed a delivery order on June 1 at this location, I was delivered the incorrect items for someone else. The driver returned to give me my alleged correct items and still did not have my order. I called the store. They said that they weren’t sure what was going on, and that there wasn’t a manager in to help me. So I ended up calling your customer service number to report what happened and it was told I would hear something back within a week and I never did when I spoke to the girl I thought at this location she said she would have her manager reach out to me because she wasn’t sure how to proceed, the manager never called me and about a week later when I called to follow up with this order, the manager was in answer. The phone got nasty with me when I told her my issues saying that she is the manager and never heard about anything happening. I was not blaming anyone. I’ve been more than patient and understanding, but I’m paying customer. I’ve called three times now and it’s been almost a month. Will I ever get my money back or be compensated? This is not how you run a business.
