Happened into this tropical smoothie the other day while out and about. It was wonderful! The employees were helpful and so nice.
I got the bahama mama add vitamin c, my normal order. It was perfectly made.
Emma recommended the Caribbean jerk wrap, it was delicious!!! Definitely adding this to my normal order from now on. I usually get the chicken bacon ranch flatbread which is also good, but I liked the change up.
Check this store out, they go above and beyond to help and you can tell they put effort into their work and don’t just throw things together like other places.

The customer service is top tier!! My GRL Amirah A. Hosted me and my fiancé and we enjoyed the help with questions and wait for our food. Do not go to this tropical smoothie. It used to be a decent, but a new young lady. There she is a Caucasian female. When we had an issue, we contacted her. She was not nice. She cursed on the phone. She says she was a new general manager. It is not worth it. Skippy on the food order. The salad barely anything on it. Smoothie was made incorrectly wanted thicker. It was not called her. She was unwilling to do anything to help. If I was you, I would not go to this tropical smoothie. Find another one. This is unacceptable to be treated this way. When we’re spending our hard-earned money there. The customer service is poor they barely want to give you any napkins or anything. I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of going to places spending my money for horrible service and getting barely any food. I’m dun, and you should be too
