Always absolutely amazing! You can tell they take pride in making sure your order is correct and delicious. I make modifications to my smoothies and it’s never been wrong. They label everything so when I order multiple smoothies it’s very easy to pass out.

When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted with happy smiles by everyone. The asian fellow was pretty cool and that black guy was also very awesome. The blonde girl named Carlos took my order and made everything go smoothly. The way that asian fellow named Jose walked had so much aura. I would def come back fr no lie.

Smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite spots to grab a drink or quick snack. The smoothies taste fresh and flavorful, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The menu has a lot of options, so it’s easy to find something whether you want something fruity, protein-packed, or more dessert-style. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. The place is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a refreshing and healthy option.

I stopped in today looking for hopefully a staff member to understand a certain situation that came up unexpectedly in the front of the store in the parking lot. I was met atthecounter immediately by a very friendly and understanding gentleman who listened and made ome very valuable suggestions on what I am dealing with . Lastly he made excellent recommendations for me to try a pineapple mango smoothie with yogurt. It is absolutely delicious. It is a very bright clean atmosphere here in the store swell as clean. The employees here all were very friendly and courteous and I highly recommend anyone who has not stopped into this location off a Washetenaw Ave. when they have time to stop in and check out the wide variety of healthy menu choices available.

I have a family of seven and i understand we are a lot to accommodate sometimes! But the staff here never take issues or get pissy. Marina and mia were so kind and considerate and helpful! I will definitely be coming back more often

I went in around dinner time 6:30 or so the staff greeted us when we walked in even though it was very busy. When it was our turn to order the person at the register was ready to help me and my husband. It was our first time trying this place, the staff helped us find the perfect smoothies for us! The two team members were very knowledgeable about the menu and got our orders perfectly. Mia and sheynia I believe their names were.
10/10 will definitely be making this place a regular stop

Had the best experience here!! Sierra is awesome, has amazing customer service, and has a very warm personality. It wasn’t like this before she worked here, honestly most of the workers were pretty standoffish!! But with Sierra here this place has really gone up in my ranks.

Omg every-time i come into this location im greeted with very friendly staff, which is not always the case at the other tropical smoothies i frequent. If you ever want a smoothie and an experience that actually makes you feel like you’re at a tropical 5 star hotel come to this location!!
