Came to hang out and warm up with my child on a cold evening. Business was slow so my experience might be different from when it’s busy, but the young ladies working there were pleasant and friendly, and the shop was very clean and updated. The mango smoothie was just as expected.

It might be nice to have printed menus or menus up in another location besides way up on the wall behind the counter, so customers without perfect vision who are ordering in-store can more easily take their time review their options before getting right up to the counter. If there were, we missed them.

I had such a great experience at the Tropical Smoothie Southfield location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jeremiah at the register—kind, welcoming, and full of patience as I placed my order (and yes, I came in with a list!).

He didn’t miss a beat and made the entire process smooth and easy.

The energy in this location is unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was upbeat, friendly, and carried a spirit of joy and laughter. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk through the door.

My food was made fast, tasted amazing, and most importantly—everything was done correctly. Well done, Evergreen Tropical Smoothie team!

i had an absolutely AWFUL time here. they took forever to complete my order and they still messed up my order. i tried to ask to speak to a manager when the employee simply stared at me and stated “she’s not in.” i then asked what their managers name was they told me her name was “chyanne.” i called several times to speak to her but was told she was either too busy or not working that day. this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. do not go here ever.

Please do better at hiring people with “good” customer service and attitudes. I’m so sick and tired of going to these fast food establishments and the workers don’t greet, don’t say thank you, don’t say hello, don’t ask how you are doing, don’t say ANYTHING. Managers, please enforce customer service. It makes such a difference. If you are not in the mood to “people” that day or any day, stay home or find a job that doesn’t deal with the general public. The lady that ran my food out didn’t speak. Even after I said: “thank you, I appreciate you” she just walked off. I’m so done. Managers, please do better with who you hire!

I’m writing this review as I just left this location and unfortunately the customer service is absolutely horrible at 10:30 in the morning. The cashier never said hello, and when I got my card back she asked if I could pull up to the door to retrieve my order but closed the window before I could even acknowledge her to say a word and say ok. I guess she assumed I heard her. When I received my order, she reached it out of the door in the most awkward way and I waited a few seconds while looking at her to see if she’d at least say “here’s your order” or “thank you”. There was no verbal communication and to be fair, the service thru the drive thru at this location is never great but at this point the team needs training on customer service and people skills or at least the young lady with brown/black long braids that serviced me today. A smile and a thank you should be simple..

Food was good.. experience not so much. Ordered through the drive thru , the young lady that took my order was really monotoned. When I got to the window to pay there was no greeting, she told me the total and I handed her my card, she didn’t utter a single word and leaned the card reader out the window, she said NOTHING, I inserted my card and paid, she still said nothing, she handed me the receipt and straws without saying anything or even looking my way. After a few minutes she asked me to pull up to the door so someone could bring my food out. I pulled up and after a few minutes a very pleasant young lady came out and greeted me, she didn’t bring the smoothies just my food. She was nice and it was an easy mistake. After she went back inside a young man appeared with my smoothies, didn’t say a word just walked up to my car window with the smoothies and handed them to me. Didn’t say a word. Banana could’ve been a better but the quesadilla was hot and fresh. Didn’t come with any salsa or anything .

I just ordered a meal. I had 2 half pieces of turkey on the sandwich, and i have tried so many times to get with this location but normally my order has to be done several times to get right, normally still wrong but today was just too much. Nothing against the staff but there is more training that needs to be done. I wont return to this location as i have had to many times where my order is wrong or done poorly.

I always have a pleasant experience from the drive thru to payment, and to smoothie pick up. Each employee that I’ve had interactions with are always kind, smiling and polite . Customer service and working in retail or restaurants can be very challenging. I applaud each employee at this location. I always look forward to seeing them and getting my smoothie!
