Waited longer than I ever had before. Now this “smoothie” is liquid. What is going on?? I’ve never had a liquid smoothie EVER from here. What’s going on at this location??? and no it wasn’t filled to the top like ALL the rest. I might have to change location and I don’t wanna. Ok, I’ll give them one more try 0-2.

You pay for extra scoops of protein, but they either refuse to give it to you or only give you half the amount. The employees are extremely rude. Why am I paying extra just to get half a serving of protein? I literally watched them dump the rest out — and there was enough for another drink. Completely unacceptable.

Abby is the BEST smoothie maker! She is my favorite person there! I do love everyone who works there, but she is my favorite! I have never ever had a bad experience here! I have a Tropical Smoothie that is closer, but I ALWAYS come here! It’s always a fun place to be!

Jenna is the BEST!! I frequently go to 3 different Tropical Smoothies nearby, depending on whether I’m coming from home, work, or my kids’ school. But out of all 3 locations, I love the team at Hall Rd & Romeo Plank! Everyone there is cheerful & personable. That’s likely because they have a great leader like, Noah, who’s a total gem!! And Jenna is just a Rockstar! She’s a hard worker, she always remembers me, and she makes my favorite Smoothie better than anyone! Whoever owns/runs this place, congratulations, because you’ve got a great staff and they stand out from the others. Thank you, from one happy customer!

My family has become very fond of Tropical Smoothie, but at this location they seem to have been having trouble blending my smoothies lately. Chunks of banana and ice that clog the straw. You don’t expect that from an $8 smoothie.

I absolutely love my tropical smoothie
Me and my boyfriend John have been going to the location at hall and romeo plank for awhile now, and we always receive such great friendly service from all of the crew (which nowadays is rare to have a collectively amazing crew). But secifically Danielle and Sam treat us like we’re friends that have known each other for years. I know my smoothies are going to be consistently on point when we go to this location, and I order some weird combinations sometimes but they’re always *delicious* thanx guys ❤️

I’m a DoorDash dasher and today I picked up an order and as I was walking to my car the two drinks fell out got all over me my car and the ground so I went inside and said “I’m so sorry I dropped them” one of the girls started huffing so I offered to pay and was treated so unkindly. The drinks weren’t in a cup holder I didn’t mean to do it so now I’m almost $15 short and told my husband he better never ever give them a cent. One of the girls was kind the one that rung me up was rude.
