We frequently stop here for breakfast and our food is always hot and prepared well and our smoothies are always very good! The manager Sara is always very friendly and nice and always working with a smile, which sets the tone for the rest of your day, our orders are never missing anything at all which is something I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend.

I came in here earlier this evening, and there was quite a bit of a rush. Normally I come in during lunch things are quite crazy and tense, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and organized it was being run when I came in during the evening. The guy on the shift was very kind and didn’t make me feel like a burden for wanting to come in and get some food, and it was made like the best I’ve ever had it from here. After a hard day it was refreshing to be met with kindness by an absolute stranger.

Store is scheduled to close at 9 PM tonight. We were working out at planet fitness Next Door. Made a point to leave 15 minutes prior to closing so we could quickly grab a smoothie. Pulled up to tropical smoothie at 8:46. A gentleman got on the speaker and informed me that they’re in the process of closing. Even though the open sign was on. We asked if he didn’t want us to order, and he condescendingly said. . Well you can if you really want too” So we left, didn’t want someone making food for us that didn’t want us to order.

Usually I like grabbing smoothies here but anytime Ill get a yogurt and they under serve the yogurt so much and most or all of it like the I just got today. where it’s just topping and they made it look like it had yogurt by just covering the yogurt in the wall and corner of it. It’s just bowl full of peanut butter and granola.

I usually have no complaints. But it seems the afternoon workers are not making the smoothies correct. They are half blended, no flavor(tastes like water). I get the same thing everytime I go in and it tastes different everytime I get it.

So basically last night I went tropical smoothie I order a Thai Cesar salad I ask for 6 cups of ranch n when I got home I looked in my bag I didn’t see it at all or the extra chicken that I had order n paid for so I didn’t get my recipt but I know what I had order so I call just a second ago this morning then I was basically called a lair abt what I got u don’t never called a customer a liar especially when I was there I knew what my order Intell instead of saying hi come back today and get your make up meal on us for us messing up ur order just to make it right for the customers u denying the worst customer experience don’t recommend eating here again
