On a previous visit, I had ordered a couple of smoothies and an açai bowl. When the smoothies were finished, I walked out and left. Forgetting the açai bowl. When I realized, I called the store and they said just come back tomorrow and we will make a fresh one for you. I forgot to come back. Fast forward a couple weeks later I came back to the store to order a couple of smoothies and mentioned to the cashier what had happened a couple weeks ago without expecting them to do anything about it. Without me asking, the cashier had a conversation with the manager and he came back and told me we can give you your açai bowl now if you like.
