Came to tropical smoothie a few days ago as I go there quite often and I got the Baja chicken wrap and a Bahama mama. My food was made by I think her name was Mariah. And it was the best wrap I’ve had there in a long time. The cheese was melted and the amount of toppings were perfect. Like I said I go there quite often and, I am served by Mariah often. She always seems to be happy to serve the customers. And not like others can be at any other job just not happy to be working. I will continue coming back!!!

Overall, a good smoothie but I prefer smoothie king. They have way more options and add ons. I wasn’t able to choose a size, this smoothie was way too large for me. I need something half this size if even that.

By far the best buffalo chicken wrap made by the famous Logan! Perfectly blended ingredients to make the perfect lunch meal. The chia banana boost smoothie made by Alex is just a perfect! Blended well to where the peanut butter strawberries and banana are well balanced. Best food and experience in the food court! Would’ve taken a picture but I scarfed the food down already 🙂

I was very disappointed when I walked up to the counter the young lady told me that they were not taking any orders because they were doing a catering order. So I went to chic-fil-a to get a drink for my daughter. I understand that big orders happen but you would think you would keep one blender free for walk up customers.

I placed an online order to be picked up at 11 am today. It wasn’t ready until almost 12 pm. Pop was flat and only 1 worker to help everyone (who was very nice by the way). Manger get your place together because people love your food!!

Awful, I rather go to terre haute to get a smoothie at that tropical smoothie. This one has rude employees and they make the smoothies bad. Chunky and not good. Will not be back. Will be traveling to terre haute.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes with no one to be seen. Finally poked my head around and saw two workers eating in the back and ignoring me. Had to speak up twice before they would come help me. My smoothie was watery and missing an ingredient. Awful service for a customer who comes in multiple times a week from across town! Maybe I’ll start taking my business elsewhere!

Stopped for a banana strawberry smoothie at around 2pm on Saturday June 26th
When I walked up to the counter the only employee I saw was sitting in the back on a wooden stool with his feet up on a stainless steel table playing on his phone.
He came up and took my order and proceeded to grab a blender..I THEN HAD TO ASK HIM TO WASH HIS HANDS…we all know where people take their phones……
Why on earth should I or any customer eat or drink from a place with such little regard for food safety!!!
Btw I threw the drink out because I couldn’t see him totally while he made my drink
