Ive stopped for smoothies but today was my first stop for food. The chicken Caesar was good. The employees went above and beyond to help make sure my meal was gluten free including checking the dressing without me even asking. Great customer service. Nice little variety of food items.

I was annoyed that I could not pick up my online order at the drive up.
I pulled into the parking backward, as there are no directional signs. After driving backward past the pick up window, I turned around and came back to it, thinking it was an order window. The people walked past it. But one person greeted me, helped me, or guided me to the correct place. After being ignored for a couple of minutes, I remembered seeing a drive up speaker on the opposite side of the building so I drove around to it.
On the app, there is no indication of pick up location. It merely says to follow the signs. Every other place also let’s you pick up in the drive up. This place did not. They told me that I would have to come inside. I wish I would have been told that when ordering online. Or. I wish they would get it together like every other place and let you pick up in the drive thru.
More over, I wish that there were people teaching these children that are working some customer service skills. There were no customers inside, and no customers in the drive, only a few youngsters who were trying to discuss what work needed to get completed so they could get closed. When I came through the drive up. With me being the only customer inside or out, they could have said, “You’re supposed to come inside for those orders, but since we aren’t busy at all, I will go ahead and hand that out this time. Just remember for next time.”
They could have even attempted to sound sorry for me, but no. They were very matter of fact, and couldn’t have cared less about me. Good to know. I won’t be back. They’re clearly just about slinging smoothies, collecting paychecks and going home. I get treated better at taco bell and McDonald’s

I was super excited to try this however, the lot is difficult to navigate and frankly a bit dangerous. When we came in the space is beautiful and very clean. One of the girls behind the counter was flat out mean when I asked to have not have something added (allergies) and kept rolling her eyes. The other girl went along with it and although it was quick service I felt like I was inconveniencing them by coming in. The smoothie itself is definitely fresh, but barely any flavor. Very watery. All in all disappointing but I’ll give it another try.

I ordered 2 Ohana Breeze Smoothies for my children. They arrived and were a green color not bluish green like the picture. They tasted horrible and neither of my children liked them. I asked for a refund or to get 2 other flavors (the Bahama Mama I ordered for myself was great and my kids would rather have that). The manager replied, “Sorry we cannot exchange or refund the smoothies just because they did not like them. If we did not follow the recipe or did something wrong, then we could.” I think this is an unfair policy because taste is subjective and unless you are passing out samples to know ahead of time, there is no way to know if you will like what you ordered. This is my opinion. I was unwilling to buy 2 new smoothies and I think they will miss out on return customers unless they can figure out a way to offer samples of their smoothies to avoid this in the future.

Ordered two drinks and they were both made wrong, asked for a refund and the little snobby brat at the front refused my refund. Thought I’d try a new smoothie place out but I’ll gladly continue driving 20 minutes farther to Mishawaka for a smoothie made the way I asked and good customer service. I’ll never be back and never recommend this place to anyone.

Personal recommendation, the chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie. Big fan of the fresh flavor of the banana and how it was complimented by the peanut butter and chocolate. Each flavor has a distinct taste and they’re delightful together
