I love tropical smoothie & I order from here often, but today i ordered and there was a DEAD LADYBUG in my chicken caesar wrap. This has never happened before and i am disgusted because i could this after eating more than half of the wrap.

Nothing tastes better when it’s hot like this! The flavor combinations speak to me. I love fruit and Caribbean flavors! The girls hustled! We waited maybe 5-10 minutes for 2 drinks and 3 food items.

This is the second order Ive received that tastes mediocre at best. You ask for certain things to be added and Im pretty sure they were not added. Asked for Splenda, got NO sweetener at all. Had to add my own. Smoothie with almond butter was disgusting. Was as if 3 servings were added instead of 1. Orders are never on time either. Always have to wait. May have to start going to Smoothie King right down the road. Very disappointed; these are NOT cheap!

The people working were very friendly and helpful I just wish the food was good. It’s too expensive to not be good. I had a Acai bowl which was mid, the ingredients were not fresh, something was spoiled. On top of that the bowl I got was soupy because it was left out, granted I was warned by the girls working. Also ordered the sweet potatoes which was supposed to be a maple glaze, my sweet potatoes were plain. I could have made them at home. No seasoning or glaze. Not a lick of maple.

I just wasted my money on a Bahamas mama bowl. The base was completely frozen so i basically only ate the toppings off top.The flatbread sandwiches are good the worker have unwelcoming attitudes. I definitely won’t be back to that place.

This is my new addiction! I love this place! The smoothies are huge and so yummy I haven’t tried anything else….yet. The staff is helpful for suggestions or any alterations if needed due to allergies.

First time visiting and we ordered some smoothies, a Baja chicken wrap with kale salad . The smoothies were good but the wrap was lack luster. I was expecting something more flavorful . Now the kale salad was great but only two bites in the small container . I would try something else from there but on a
side note I sat down after ordering and their chairs aren’t comfortable at all if I return I will be getting it to go .

I just love this place, to the food, the music, and the staff. They exceed my expectations everytime, especially TQ. She’s the light of my day, I love coming into Tropical Cafe and seeing her. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend.
