This location does not seal DoorDash orders at all. When my order arrived, the sauce that was supposed to be inside the container was missing. When I contacted the store, the manager stated that camera footage showed the employee placing the sauce in the container before the order left the restaurant. Because the order was not sealed in any way, this raises a serious concern about the food being tampered with during delivery.
This situation could easily be prevented by sealing delivery orders with stickers, staples, or tamper-evident packaging like many other restaurants do. Without that protection, customers have no way to know whether their food was handled after it left the store.
I initially called the store to resolve the issue, but when I attempted to call back, my calls were declined. When I called from another number, the call was answered and I was told to call back another time.
I ordered delivery for convenience, so being told to drive to the store for replacement items was not a reasonable solution. I’ve enjoyed this restaurant before, but this experience was disappointing and made me uncomfortable consuming the food.

I always enjoy going to Tropical Smoothie in Avon but decided to go to the new one closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE! I found a long piece of HAIR embedded inside my burrito. Called to speak to a manager right after I received my food and found the HAIR around 1130AM they told me to call back around 3pm to ask for a refund/assistance. The Manager so happen to be “just leaving/left”. Not only am I disappointed in the lack of responsibility from the manager but lack of accountability as the young junior employee graciously apologized on their behalf and was very helpful. I won’t include a picture because I could throw up looking at it and would hate to ruin anyone else’s experience.

Smoothie was good. Chicken caesar wrap was disgusting. Iceberg lettuce was brown, the like 2 pieces of spinach were slimy, and the dressing didn’t even taste like Caesar. The wrap was flat and pretty much falling apart.
