I loved the experience in this tropical smoothie, I am a big fan of the franchises and I have a lot of experience in several of these. I can tell you and confirm that this has been the best service I have received in years. The food, smoothies and workers are amazing. Especially the cashier who attended me called Andrea. I had a great experience!! Chloe was are barista. Her kindness was overflowing. Her smile was magical!! She helped us when we didn’t know what to order and was so patient with my autism. I felt very welcomed and loved it here. I got a mango smoothie and it hit the spot I’m 2 months pregnant and that’s been my craving ever since!! So glad I came here and so glad Chloe was here to help us!!!

I went through the drive thru for the first time and was surprised with the speed of service. I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and acai bowl. After the employee confirmed my order on the speaker I paid and my order was already done somehow. It was all very fresh and tasted absolutely delicious and I was surprised considering how fast they got the order to me. I asked the employee for his name and he said Ramer and told me I could receive a discounted smoothie for completing a survey which I will definitely be doing. Thank you!

Love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The crew here is always super friendly and quick. My smoothies come out perfect every time—fresh, tasty, and never watered down.
