Ordered a smoothie first thing in the morning on the mobile app (Jun 5th). Went to pick my order up and they were closed. I have sent two emails though the app for a refund and have yet to get a response a week later. So I guess I m just out the money because you all were not open when you were supposed to be? Very disappointed because I really like the smoothies in the morning for breakfast but I will not be going back.

When I get Tropical Smoothie Cafe, it is usually shortly before they close because my child works a closing shift. I always apologize for coming in so late, and they always, always tell me not to worry about it. And the employees always treat me as if I was the very first guest in the morning, rather than the jerk who comes in right before close. The establishment is impeccably clean. Spotless. And my kiddos and I really love the food. My eldest loves the chicken bacon ranch Flatbread. My youngest and I are enjoying trying new menu items and different smoothies! Gentleman, I want to say thank you for being so kind to me every time I go in. I appreciate you and your delicious food and wonderful kindness!!!

I love coming here when I can during my lunch breaks at work. I always get the same crew and they kill it everytime! Since I don’t have much time to eat, they always make sure my mobile orders are hot and ready for me to pick up. Their service is so good I’m always in and out in less than a minute to pick up my food.
And they are super nice as well! They make sure your order is correct and handle modifications like no problem. A crew like this is why I keep coming back!

Horrendous service. Stood at the counter (only one in line) for 5 minutes while 5 employees walked back and forth in front of me, not one of them addressing me or acknowledging that I was there.

Love the atmosphere there, always feel welcomed. The owner cares about our happiness and customer service. I tried the Chicken pesto and it was awesome! I really loved the Bahama Mama and Sunrise Sunset Smoothie. I recommend it to everyone.

Always amazing customer service and even better food. There’s usually no line so the wait times are normally less than 10 minutes. Good thing Findlay has a drive thru because I’m too lazy to go in LOL. I always go here weekly in the summer and I’ve had many feee smoothies with their app.
