Quality is a hit or miss. Ordered yesterday and smoothie was fine, today I placed an order through grub hub and all 3 of my smoothies tasted weird. I paid extra for almonds and they were not added. I try to stay away from this place because Smoothie King is the superior place to get smoothies but the closest one is in Clifton.

I called them about 2 weeks ago. I accidentally ordered it there’d instead of another location and asked them kindly for a refund as it would be really far to go pick it up still. They said they would give me a refund and I have yet to recieve it. They will not answer my calls now. I have called corporate and said they would give me a refund as well and I still never got it.

I placed a delivery order from this store and I received the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, especially when using a 3rd party service (doordash) for delivery. I called the store to resolve this issue, and I asked that I be refunded or that the correct order be delivered to me. I was told by the ‘manager’ on the phone that I would receive a call back in a few minutes, but I never received a call. I attempted to call back 4 times over the next 10 minutes, and no answer, with no ability to leave a voicemail. I went to the store, since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone, and I was told there was no manager in the store at that time, despite having talked to a ‘manager’ on the phone 20 minutes earlier. I have not received a refund and was not given the correct food. Highly recommend avoiding this place as their customer service is abysmal.

Ordered Hummus veggie wrap…there was no hummus, no avocado, no pepper jack cheese and very little rice and beans. Basically it was ranch dressing and romaine lettuce in a wrap.

I have been here a bunch! At first my smoothies were great! Here recently though, I have received either a runny watered down tasting smoothie, a smoothie that wasn’t mixed all the way with chunks of dried powder in the smoothie, a piece of plastic in my smoothie, or a smoothie that just didn’t taste like the normal smoothie I get.
I always order ahead and they have always had my smoothie/s already made by the time I arrive, within 5-10 minutes. I really like their smoothies when they actually make them correctly. I might stop going here all together if they don’t fix their quality issues.

Do not let the bad reviews stop you from trying this place!! We put off going because of the bad reviews but we’ve now gone three times in the past month and loved it every time! I’m addicted to TSC! The smoothies are so good and we are yet to find an entree we don’t like. You can get deals on the app or by filling out the survey on the receipt. The employees always promptly take our order and seem to be constantly hustling to get food out quickly. It’s a nice change from many fast food restaurants nowadays.

Each and every smoothie I have ever tasted has been delicious! I have not had anything that I did not like. I love the atmosphere inside. I feel like it is very fitting with the name of the cafe. I love the variety even though the menu (food) is not extremely long. I feel like the amount of items is perfect! I love their healthy smoothie and food options as well! This is a great place to stop for a lunch break! I highly recommend!
