Staff is amazing. I order a smoothie almost every morning from this location. I’m always greeted when I arrive. Told to have a nice day when I leave. My smoothie has 6 supplements and they know my order from memory. They simply ask if I’m getting my usual. What a wonderful way to start my day. Highly recommended. Great job everyone.

First time this location. Wasn’t busy at all. Service was quick my Mocha madness smoothy was very good. I also got the 3 Cheese Chicken Dilla. Its my go to for this. I would recommend this place and if I’m in the area again I will be back!

I come here maybe once a week and the staff is always so friendly! They know my order and always ask how I’m doing! The food is always good and fresh. Out of all the other locations I’ve been to, this is my favorite one!

I consistently have to wait at least 15 minutes past my online order pickup time. On top of that, the smoothies are often watery, the food is wrong, and the smoothies themselves are frequently made incorrectly. Staff barely communicate, and when I asked for a refund I was told no—that if I left, I wouldn’t get my money back. Today at 5 PM there was only one person working, which is unacceptable. This location clearly needs more staff and better customer service.

Service is bad. A lady came in with an online pickup order and had to wait another 10-15 minutes after the timer said it was ready. She asked for a refund and the girl refused and started making her food right there. The lady said she had to go to work and couldn’t be late so she needed her money back and the worker refused and said if she leaves she won’t get refunded because it’s not the stores fault
