Wish I could leave a zero. I waited 30 minutes for two smoothies to be made. There was only one staff member and the GM Christine. She seemed overwhelmed and flustered. For the GM to be overwhelmed seemed odd to me. She was struggling to make the food and wasn’t able to help her staff member make the smoothies. There should have been more people scheduled to work. There were 6 people waiting and even pre-ordered mobile orders weren’t ready. Terrible service in my opinion.

I’m not really one to leave reviews because I work in the food industry and understand what it is like to read bad reviews, but I am also a paying customer like everyone else . This is the third time I’ve gotten my order messed up. The second time I called and I was nicely offered a replacement Açai bowl from the manger which I really appreciate. I came to get the replacement bowl and said what I wanted on the bowl and what not to put on the bowl , I watched the worker write it down and then repeated it back to me. She went to go make it, and I overheard the other worker say “ I almost threw away that paper because it’s been sitting there for so long” (the paper saying I was coming for the bowl )I called last week and specifically said I will be In next week (this week). So that already bothered me . The worker making my bowl showed me the bowl and asked if that was ok, which I really appreciated. But the bowl had on it Chia seeds, which was one of the items I asked to take off…. She then says “ you didn’t say no chia seeds” . I watched her write down my order and we both repeat it back to each other. So I’m a liar now? I told her it was fine ,I’ll just eat it. Like I said, I work in the food industry so I hate throwing food away. This is the one smoothie place that I know that has really good açai bowls. I would hate to have to stop coming because my order keeps getting messed….

Was given a literally rotting apple. Smoothie was good, but makes me question what they deem as ok to put into the smoothies.

I order extra lettuce with my salads. they charge me for it and never put it on. Numerous times, I’ve had to ask for it to be sent back to the kitchen so I can actually get what I paid for and numerous times I’ve had to call and get a refund. Also, Every time I call and get promised a replacement order or a VIP card, it is never followed through. After so many instances, I probably won’t be back to this place. (Ps if somebody orders 2 sauce cups, maybe put them outside of the bowl so they don’t take up space) but as yall can see by the pics, there is NO extra lettuce from my last order here and bowl is about half full without the sauce cups.

Worst service ever. “Store manager” doesn’t even know the ingredients to the food items on the menu, and constantly messes up smoothie orders when it’s never been an issue before. Gives a nasty attitude when asked to remake something, or just straight up refuses service in general just because SHE messed up. In my opinion you shouldn’t work somewhere if you’re not willing at least try to be nice to the customers that come in (:

This was my go to location until I came in and one employee made my smoothie wrong one day, another day made my food wrong and swore up and down that’s how it was made until I read the ingredients off the menu to her & another employee told her it isn’t made that way yet still made the remake wrong. Came in a few days ago and not only did she take my order but never made me my food until another coworker asked her if she made it just for her to say “no it’s not in my system” and then proceeded to make it wrong again. I let the other employee know about that ongoing issue. So when I came in today at that SAME employee constantly messing up my orders was the one who took my order again I simply asked if the other person could make my smoothie for me and when she said no but I insisted bc she is the only that constantly messes up my order. She then refused me service because of that and told me she will call the cops if I don’t leave when I asked the other employee if she will service me. Turns out this employee that makes my smoothies and food wrong IS THE STORE MANAGER. It’s the ONLY red headed girl in there and she can’t make most of anything right the first time let alone the second time and gives you an attitude or questions why you couldn’t just take off the stuff you don’t want on your food. Refused to give me her name also. I will just go to the location closest to my job instead of going out of my way to be a loyal customer here.
