The staff was horrible! I would not tolerate such behavior at all! As a business owner myself I was really shocked. These young ladies need training or maybe get fired to understand the weight of customer service.
However, Miley was very helpful and pleasant! Miley is a keeper!

After further consideration…
The smoothies here are mid. I prefer Smoothie King down the road.
But, what really knocks the review down is the food. The bowls are great, but the wraps are terrible.

Great customer service. Many changes since the last bad reviews. It was a wonderful experience. I had the slaw, strawberry flatbread and peanut butter cup smoothie. I will be going back! I haven’t been to other locations, but for now it was worth the trip. The cashiers were polite and very knowledgeable about their products. I went there approximately at 8:15p.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. I actually ordered the wrong breakfast sandwich and the staff was nice enough to make me the one I wanted. The food was tasty and my smoothie was good. They also have their own homemade chipotle sauce, which is really good with any sandwich. I’ve had it before in Florida, this is my time visiting this location in Ohio. I’ll be coming back a few more times before I officially leave Ohio.
