Fun fact, this isn’t as healthy of an option as I thought. The menu and ingredients are misleading because they add sugar to every smoothie . Also, every protein item is processed and preserved chicken, turkey and everything is high in fat and sugar across the board. I understand not everyone wants to eat healthy, but the menu and the nutrition guide are misleading.
I know the owner is going to leave a response at the bottom, but it doesn’t mean anything if you are not displaying all Nutrition Facts or changing them. I don’t have the email to contact you about it. You shouldn’t want to mislead your customers, change the nutrition facts on your menu so people know exactly what they’re putting in their bodies.

I stopped by for the 1st time today and enjoyed a light but flavorful flatbread in a very bright, clean and pleasant environment. Would highly recommend! Service was excellent and windows made for a warm and sunny oasis even in frigid temperatures.

I recently visited the store for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I tried the Açaí bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for enjoying my meal. I’d definitely recommend stopping by in the summer for some healthy meal options.

Every receipt has an offer at the bottom to take an online survey to receive a $1.99 smoothie with a wrap purchase. But TWICE now, when I presented the receipt with the discount code filled in, THEY REFUSED TO HONOR IT although they have done so in the past (the only reason I even went back a second time is because someone gave me a gift card).
Even after I showed them the offer on the new receipt that they had JUST HANDED ME, they still insisted they do not participate in the offer.
They should not be printing receipts with offers they have no intention of fulfilling! By my calculation, this store now owes me $6.00 for deals not honored.
Once the gift card is used up, I will not be returning. It’s a shame, because the food is really good. But I can’t patronize a place that rps off its customers.

We tried the chicken pesto flatbread, Thai chicken wrap, mango magic smoothie, and blueberry smoothie, and everything was delicious. They offer plenty of healthy food options, making it the best spot for nutritious and tasty eats in North Olmsted.

Staff is very friendly and prices were surprisingly good as well. My son and I loved our smoothies and I look forward to trying the food there next time. The food sounds and looks delicious and they have deals for a combo with a smoothie. Smoothie King is typically our go-to, so this was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I’m happy that we did.

This place is the best smoothie place around. It beats westlakes tropical smoothie by far in taste as well as Avon tropical smoothie. Lorain tropical smoothie is closer to comparison but still hands down this is the place you want to go to for the best made smoothie . I am not a health nut but I come here almost everyday to get a paradise point smoothie. They know my order. The owners are always very kind with me and everyone has even remembered my name. I have even showed up at closing time on a few occasions and they still took care of me. They go above and beyond for their customers. I love the people here . Always smiling. Half the reason I come here is to get away from the gloom that surrounds my life at the moment. This place is like a little slice of home away from home. Very clean also and they have nice modern tables with seating and a high table with seats that wraps around the ingredients as if to make a bar like setting for smoothies ! Also a very good place for business work or schoolwork to be done , never too loud unless the blenders are going but I can drown that out easily. If you want something healthy and you hate the taste of healthy stuff , come here. This is my daily vitamins and hydration in the morning . Also can have whey protein added and pea protein if your tryna get your weight up. Plus if you get food they make the smoothie 4.99 which is half off and food is like 8$ so either 8 or 9 for a smoothie or 12-13$ for a full meal and smoothie. For 3-4 bucks more can’t beat it. Along with the manager/owners being so awesome , please support this place if you enjoy local people with good food that and smoothies that just so happen to be healthy !

Wonderful service and very kind staff. I’ve been to other Tropical Smoothie Cafes but this one’s service is top tier! I’d take a picture of my hummus veggie wrap but I ate it so fast I forgot. Definitely will be back again!
