Hunter C served us took our order and everything seemed fine
When our order came up, he called the name on the ticket and we had no idea who he was talking about
He looked dead at us and said the name again, Mario
Because I was wearing overalls, he decided to ignore the name that we gave him at the register and call me a fictional video game characters name
He made fun of me based on what I was wearing in front of customers and staff refused to apologize And insinuated that he was not sorry
Great place to go if you enjoy public humiliation

Smoothies, usually good food, and great cookies. Smoothies are thick and you can add boosts for like a dollar. The flatbreads are my go to and usually get the chipotle chicken with jerk sauce, but tried the jerk chicken wrap for once and I wish I had stuck with my regular given the lack of taste. Kale slaw is the best thing they serve by far and cookies are delicious. I give it a 4 for this review given its usual track record until I go back and try it again.

Delicious spot near the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott where I work. I updated the restaurant list for our guests and included you all in it. Best salads and smoothies I’ve ever had. It’s nice to have a Whole Foods focused restaurant nearby!

Is there a reason this location is closed at 8pm? Drove 22 miles for a smoothie. Get here, a young man unlocked the door and tells my daughter it is closed at 8:03pm. Internet and door says 9pm. 4/19/24. Not cool Tropical Cafe.

I love this place. The smoothies and food are always on point. I just miss the couple that use to work there. They were so sweet. Now it’s just young people working there and they don’t give good customer service all the time. They just stare at you and wait for you to say something.

This location was clean, and the service was good. I ordered the Bahama Mama, and it was really good. I have had other drinks, and many of them selections have banana in them. Though I like bananas on their own, I don’t like them mixed in drinks. So, I asked if for future orders if I can take out the banana in any of the smoothies, and they said yes. So, that is a plus.
