I’m sorry to write this review but the woman working tonight 1/8 6:35p in pink was very rude. A woman cut in front of me and I let her know I hadn’t ordered yet. The woman in a pink uniform looked at me and said “ok”. I stood there after the customer that cut me was done and the woman in pink walked away. I stood there and another group of people came in and a different worker in a blue shirt came over and asked them if they needed help… I said excuse me I still haven’t placed my order… the young woman in blue started apologizing and I tell her it’s ok the woman in pink did the same thing. The young woman in blue kept apologizing because I had been there for a while before I was helped. I told her it wasn’t her fault…. The young woman in blue took my order and got my smoothies ready. When the food got done the woman in pink threw it over the counter… I said thanks have a nice night….. I wish I had the woman in pinks name but her name tag was clipped to her visor. And yes I still tipped because the young lady in blue was super nice.

They have such great food. My favorite, which I always get, is the chicken pesto flatbread. They also have a few breakfast items which are offered all-day. Lots of add-in options like protein powder, never had a bad smoothie here. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.

I ordered 3 meals today and a smoothie just to get home and one meal and side is not even in the bag. Not to mention the guy behind the counter had flip flops on with his bare feet exposed. I’ll be making a report to the heath department. Check the cameras if you think I’m lying.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Place was crowded and there was a line for a hot day which was to be expected. Only took about five minutes to get to second in line but I ended waiting maybe an additional 15-20 minutes while the woman before me waited for something that wasn’t included in her order and her family waited at a table nearby with their meal – but she hadn’t even been asked a thing yet while the team did online orders only and the line increased. I saw the assistant managers scolding some of the employees about which workstation they should make online orders versus in house orders apparently, and what must have been the manager not wearing gloves, constantly tossing her hair over her shoulder while preparing the drinks. The rest of the employees had head gear. No one apologized for the wait or recognized the waiting customers. The drink I ordered was fine, just as any other chain, but the straw broke as I opened the package which makes it pretty much unusable. End result, scolding employees and prioritizing the online orders when others are waiting for long periods without even being recognized is just unacceptable and I’m likely going to take the extra 5 minutes to go to the old one on Houston instead. Food quality loses a star because of the hair thing and the cheap straw though the smoothie was as expected. If you look at my reviews, I’m really forgiving. I love to give good and honest feedback but was simply shook by this experience.

I stopped into this location for the first time with my kids. We did a pickup order using the app. The staff were very kind and helpful in pointing out where the pickup was and made sure I had everything for my order. The order was perfect. I tried out the new Ohana Breeze smoothie and it was delicious. I like that it automatically comes without added sugar. (Most of the smoothies come with a scoop of added turbinado sugar for those who don’t know, making them not a healthy option at all.) I would like to see more smoothies without the added sugar. I also ordered the hummus veggie wrap, I left out the cheese and swapped the ranch for the Thai peanut dressing. Yum! The kids all liked their smoothies and food. We sat outside on the patio. I hope they add a couple more tables outside, I believe there were only three. Maybe it won’t be an issue though. Overall we had a good experience and I’m excited to have a healthier restaurant option within walking distance.

Got Thai checking wrap- my favorite! But not at this location! NO chicken hardly on it and maybe a teaspoon of sauce.. I didn’t ask for a lettuce wrap with a hint of everything else. Not going back!

Why are you putting another chain restaurant location in the Union Promenade? This is mall food. We don’t want fast food, we were promised better places here. Union residents will continue to take their special ocassions back to Covington/Cincinnati/Newport.
Hope you enjoy scraping money from the population that was give no better choice than you. We were sold out, and Union residents will continue spending the bulk of their expendable income outside of our community.

I stood there for a while before anybody came to take my order. I think they were in between shifts the girl that came to the register apologized. Smoothie was received quicker than I thought it would be.
