Very clean cafe, staff was wonderful and kind. Gave us great recommendations as we have never been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe before. Had chicken pesto flatbread and a baha wrap & Bahama mama smoothie. Would definitely stop in again. Pretty good pricing as well!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I ordered a smoothie bowl that came. Completely frozen as a rock. I couldn’t even eat it. When I asked for a fresh one they said they came like that. So I asked for a refund which they refused me because that’s how they come they said. So I asked could I at least get something else. And she said she would have to charge me. Which is bull. Because why sell something people can’t consume right away. Without a warning then refuse a refund like you have the right. I will never and I mean never go here again. And I advice no one else go here either. VERY!! Unprofessional!

First time trying TSC.. My Son & I wanted to try the Cajun Shrimp Wrap so I placed an online order. Once I picked up (it was in a little cubby)I had to ask for my smoothie & my edible straw. So I had to wait til they fixed it. Get home & we have chicken wraps!! I called & spoke to Brandy which by the way was so sweet about the ordeal (they were out of shrimps ). She said she tried calling me (my phone died shortly after the order) & they just substituted with chicken (it was delicious) & would give me something next time I came because I paid for the shrimp!!
Chicken wrap, smoothie & corn was delicious tho. If I decide to return & the visit is better.. I will edit the review!!

The manager Chelsea is rude. Owners at Tropical Cafe customers shouldn’t have to get out of the drive thru to come inside because the manager wants to act silly on the microphone. Please do something about her behavior.

I love the food and I absolutely love the morning crew! With that being said… when the place is supposed to be opened tiil 9:00 PM, I order online to pickup at 6:10 PM.. and the door is locked!! Not so impressed ♀️ After having to wait in line for 15 minutes, well, you can just imagine how the smoothies were by the time they got home! Not pleased at all

I ordered online while driving through for my wedding and unfortunately the system went down between my ordering and arriving. They filled my order and were extremely kind about the issue and more than made up for my extended wait. Kind people, delicious food, great smoothies, highly recommend.

Nice, relaxed environment. Love the variation of healthy smoothies and other healthy drinks. And I’ve tried one meal , which was a quesadilla with a side of cooked chopped sweet potatoes, that had a sweet smoked taste. All in all, it’s worth going back to try something new for your curious taste buds☺️⭐ ⭐
