Anytime you order a quesadilla you get an almost empty tortilla. You can literally order extra everything and they will STILL just give you nothing. They also never answer the phone and there is no way to reach them to address this. Here’s my bacon quesadilla with “extra cheese.”

Store is run by children. Food is good when they make it right. 3/11/25 I order a southwest wrap no protein and all I get is a wrap with egg and cheese. I call to see about a discount next time I visit (I used to work at TSC for years so I know that’s an option if they really care about customer service) and the young lady who answered said they couldn’t do that and that I would have to drive back to give them the incorrect wrap to get a new one. Well to me that’s a cop out because obviously someone isn’t going to drive all the way back to the resturant. I said well can you just give the person on the food line a refresher on how to make the wrap because that’s ridiculous and she hung up on me.

Terrible service!!! The manager and one of the workers threatened my sister all because she asked for her order that she ordered through DoorDash to be made correctly. They sent her a salad that was literally a bowl of only lettuce! They also left off her cookie and chips! The manager was very confrontational and said my sister would not be getting her salad or anything today and to leave before they punch her in the face! I’ve never seen anything like it. The police had to be called by my sister and we will be going further with this!

Visited many a TSC over time but on this 2023 xmas eve, I decided for the first time to try some food. To my surprise, I was delighted to find the spinach wrap [-feta] quite tasty. I’ll definitely have to try it again. And thx to Kiana for being sweet.

I came at around 8:35-40 and ordered an açaí bowl and the workers were extremely rude. They would not talk to or respond to me and when they handed me my order, they practically tossed the bag in my face and slammed the window closed. They took 25-30 minutes to finish the order and make one smoothie bowl how is it my fault they ran over their closing time? If you don’t wanna be a service person, don’t work in fast food. Absolutely unacceptable.
