I come here every so often to get a bowl or smoothie. Usually the service is quick and my food is good, but sometimes they forget ingredients which is kinda annoying. This past Saturday, I ordered a Nutella acai bowl for pickup and when I got home, it had no Nutella and the strawberries tasted rancid/way too overripe. I just removed those and continued eating until I found a piece of LETTUCE in my bowl. Mistakes happen, but they didn’t care to correct that. I left a message for the owner/manager Jason and I never heard back. Wasted $13 on something that truly was just gross. It sucks because I came in pretty regularly 🙁

This was my first experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I got the Super Sunrise Sunset, Bahama Mama, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap! The food and smoothies were really good! The employees were also really nice as well! If your in the area give them a try!

Wasn’t happy with my smoothie tonight or last night. Got the peanut butter cup last night and it just tasted like watered down chocolate, not happy wasted $ on that.
Got the chocolate covered strawberry tonight and it did not have any of the chocolate flavor.
Don’t care to come back to this location if keep having issues with my order. Stuff ain’t cheap.

Love their smoothie. And you can customize it for how you like it. But order it ahead for pickup or you will have to wait for it and they seem to be very busy around lunch.

I ordered two wraps, both with plant based chicken substitute, and asked for no cheese on the Caribbean jerk one. Opened it up, cheese on it. Unfortunately I was already a good 20 miles away. It’s a good thing I always carefully check my food at new places because this could have made me very sick.
The other wrap was fine, but not being able to follow these instructions made me concerned they didn’t use the plant based chicken either.

Healthy, decent price, satisfies hunger. We got the baja chicken bowl, quesadilla, and island green smoothie. It totaled about $20. The smoothie tastes great, can taste the greens but the mango and pineapple help. The only spicy sauce they have isn’t really spicy but it does add flavor. Food is good to satisfy hunger. We were passing by and had to get the tires fixed close by. great spot!

My sister order a Ascai Bowl and requested no coconut as she has a food allergy and can literally die from eating it however when she received her bowl there was coconut all over the top of the bowl. If you aren’t going to listen to modifications maybe turn off Doordash completely or stop doing them completely.

I ordered one sandwich and one salad online in the morning because I was in a rush to get to work. When I arrived, my food still wasn’t ready.
To make things worse, they gave me two cold sandwiches instead of one sandwich and one salad. The sandwiches were ice cold, the cheese was hardened, the the avocado was cold and unappetizing.
To be fair, they usually do a great job — this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience. Still, it was really disappointing, especially when you’re in a hurry and counting on things to be right.
I hope they take a look at their morning routine to avoid mistakes like this in the future.
