I usually love visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired—bathrooms, high chairs, and the changing table hadn’t been cleaned, which made things uncomfortable for my wife when she had to use the restroom.
We also experienced a long wait for our food, even though we ordered ahead online. We waited in the lobby near the clearly marked “Pick Up Online & App Orders” area, only to find out later that our order had been sitting ready for a while. By the time we got it, the smoothie was a little melted—though thankfully, it still tasted good.

Outstanding Experience!
I stopped by Tropical Smoothie today and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. My smoothie was perfect — cold, blended just right, and full of flavor.
The customer service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and fast, and it really made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in what they do because everything came out quickly and tasted great.
It’s rare these days to find a place that gets both the food AND the service right, but they nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience and even if we don’t order the “healthiest” options it’s always so clean and tasty so we feel better eating it! Loved and highly recommend the banana peanut butter wrap – SO tasty! The cali flat bread is also great, as is the Caesar wrap! Love all the options – feel like there’s always something new!

I have never experienced any other location constantly out of items like this one. They are almost always out of the açaí bowl but today said they are out of ALL bowls. How? No other location have I ever had this experience.

I would love to review them but we never got acknowledged to place an order. We stood at the counter for several minutes and was never spoken to by either of the 2 employees there. Actually, one of them were sitting at the bar when we walked in and got up and went behind the counter. But instead of greeting us, she instead started putting dishes away. Making lots of noise at that.

I came to this location and got a wrap from their menu. Shortly after receiving my food I found a long hair wrapped in the food, I called the store back for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one without my receipt and I then told them I had the paper with the time stamp I was at the store (Not even 10 minutes before) and the woman who answered was BEYOND rude stating “I don’t know what you want me to do about that. You were gonna turn around for a refund but can’t turn around to have it remade?? I don’t understand that” Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. Safe to say I will NOT be returning to this location.

Made an online order. It took $66 out of my partners bank account TWICE, but the order disappeared. No order number, just money loss. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone to fix the problem. The phone line for customer assistance goes to a whole different company. I can’t find who owns this franchise. So as of now we are just out $133! To say im angry is an understatement

I ordered an Acai bowl at 8:40 pm arrived at 8:47 and the doors were locked. I called to let them know I had an order placed online and the girl said they had no more Acai bowls and my order couldn’t be filled. I Ask about a refund and she said to just cancel my order, you can’t just cancel the order. The girl said call tomorrow. I called the next day and the person there said they didn’t know how to refund either. Either its poor training or lazy workers, either way not good customer service.

Do yourself a favor and get rid of the kid at the window Monday around 10am Oct 20th… literally yawned as he was taking my order at the drive thru, then I got to the window, no greeting, no conversation, just took my card, handed it back to me then my food and closed the window.. nothing serious but definitely didn’t make me want to come back. He’s to young to be that tired
