This place used to serve great smoothies… I order every time I come to Andalusia for holidays. Something changed here. Today spent over $20 for 3 smoothies, and 2 out of 3 tasted extremely off. Dragon fruit smoothie was sour and not drinkable. Avocolada had weird bitter after taste that I never had before. Something is wrong here

Because let me tell you — the silent stare is NOT customer service, it’s a staring contest. And I didn’t sign up for the Hunger Games at Tropical Smoothie.
These kids are NOT taught customer service. This girl in Tropical Smoothie came to the register and just looked at me. She couldn’t even speak when I said good morning. Delivered my smoothie to the table without speaking. I raised my hand to take the straw and she avoided handing it to me, deliberately pulled back so she could set it on the table.
It’s not her entire personality because I heard her talking and laughing with her coworker.
At least the girl who brought my wrap was pleasant.
Food and smoothie get 4 stars.
Dining room cleanliness gets a 3.

This used to be our favorite Tropical Smoothie but seems to be going downhill. They finally came to take our order after my husband made a noise because they were all on their phones and the smoothies did not taste like they used to at all something was definitely missing in both of them and tasted weird then to top it off the chicken in our sandwiches was barely warm.

Extremely rude and lazy employees. They made me and my children feel like they couldn’t stand the fact that we were even in there. And then my son spilt his drink and the staff didn’t offer not one time to come help us get it cleaned up.. It is sad that we can’t come here and enjoy a smoothie.

My amazing loving and kind girlfriend went here after a track meet and had a simple request for a Diet Coke the staff told her that they were out so she got a regular Coke THEN THE NEXT PERSON ORDERS A DIET COKE AND GETS IT it took days to calm the anger that my beautiful girlfriend felt over her Diet Coke on top of this her best friend ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie and it tasted like sweat,feet and a orange thrown into a blender and made into a drink she was disgusted by the taste and threw up 76 times in a span on 1 hour below is a picture of the aftermath of the sunrise sunset incident
