We love tropical smoothie and I went out of my way to go to this location because it USE to be a good one. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION! Our order was over $40 worth of food and for the limited amount of actual food on all of our items was ridiculous. There was a girl and a guy working and the guy is the one that made our food. There was just a few pieces of chicken on our 2 chicken bacon ranch flatbreads. We also got 2 peanut butter banana crunch flatbreads that suppose to have peanut butter, banana, granola & honey on them. There was no peanut butter on them! I hope the owner sees this and does something because this was uncalled for. I feel sorry for everyone else that got orders from this location today 6/8/2025.

Please Get Workers that cares and knows what they’re doing. I explained how I wanted my smoothie to the associate in the drive thru, when my order came it’s the opposite of what I wanted. Might as well order a cup of water instead of smoothie. Because ain’t no difference. Bunch of ice in my smoothie I can’t taste any fruit just bunch of ice ice . I won’t be back!

When I walked in three employees were there. One was working the window and two were in the back. No one acknowledged me for nearly 10 mins. I was just getting ready to walk out when the gentleman working the window took my order. The food was good but the customer service is extremely poor.

I’ve been going to this location since 2011 and it is fantastic! I normally get an Acai Berry Boost smoothie or a Lean Machine smoothie along with a Buffalo Chicken wrap. This time, I decided to go with a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread and it was delicious! The staff are always courteous and the dining area is always clean as well. They also have a drive-thru at this location which is very convenient.

Leana took time to acknowledge my Baby Luna which is a Great Dane when we went through the drive thru to pick up some smoothies on our way to work.She even gave her a treat (which Luna loved)! I LOVE this place so much that I got my kids started! The Pomegranate Plunge is my absolute favorite! The Peanut Butter Cup is always amazing too! Definitely planning to try their food soon! Love the fact that it’s low calorie and made with nonfat yogurt, so any smoothie can be used as a low calorie meal replacement!♡

Just had the worst customer service from the employee in the drive thru. She didn’t smile and was rude as if she didn’t want to be at work. I canceled my order. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and they are always rude and act as if they don’t want to be at work or deal with people. The food was not good and I had more spinach and cheese on my wrap than chicken. I never have an issue at the other location. Customer service is the number one reason businesses go out of business CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
