So I just had a GrubHub order went to tropical smoothie for the first time try to go inside doors are locked. Read the sign said to go through drive-through the lady inside black lady. She looked very annoyed and just kind of like a nasty look that she gave me so went through drive-through cars in front of me waiting too long. I skipped the car in front of me went straight to the window to see if the order was ready there’s still a car at the window. Car was not moving. She was not being helped. I didn’t see the lady speak to her or anything so I had to unassigned my order. I went to Jim and Nick‘s right next-door and picked up someone else’s order and I had to pass by tropical smoothie and the car was still there same car in the drive-through so I don’t know who this employee is that’s working there locking the doors at not even 6:00 PM on a Saturday. Not sure what’s going on, if it’s short staffed but the ladies rude regardless. It seems like everybody is having similar experiences with the same person maybe hire somebody who wants to work there, is kind, smiles, something you know, at least welcoming. Never accepting an order from there or personally going there myself

I placed an online order and when I arrived the place was closed. I went back to the location to get my money back and the employee sent me to the Whitesburg location. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to at the whitesburg location the employee said yes how can I help you. I assumed she was the manager so I explained, then she told me they’re under new management and she was going to take it to the manager . Anyway please return my money and I’ll change my review. Placed an online order and when I showed up, the lobby was closed. Would normally be fine except when I went into the line, it did not move even a single car in 30 minutes. I went on 2/14 around 2PM. No reason the lobby should be closed except lazy employees and poor management. Completely inconsiderate to delivery drivers as well.

Before I get the automatic message, I already submitted a refund request a week ago and still haven’t received it. I want my money back.

Had to drive through the drive-thru twice to get someone to answer. We’d tried the door but a sign said drive-thru only. I said hello a few times to the microphone. When the person did answer, she said, “You can order now.” I ordered a Beach Bum. No response. I asked if she needed the size. “No.” So hearing nothing else, I pulled around to the window. It opened, she held out her hand. I gave her my credit card. She swiped and then asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. So she handed my card and the receipt to me. Window closed. Window opened. Out popped the drink. I took it, waiting for a “enjoy” or “thank you” or “have a good day” or even “goodbye” but the window closed. So off we went. Tasted the Beach Bum on our way up the mountain: it was tasteless strawberry water. Left out the other ingredients. Dude. Someone go help that place out.

My daughter loves getting smoothies here after dance- we went a full hour before closing tonight to pick up a mobile order. The lady inside pretended not to see us sitting at the window. I finally parked & went inside. She wasn’t going to look up or acknowledge me until I finally said hey, we’ve been waiting at the window for ten minutes. She claimed there’s a policy that you have to come inside. (We were there at the exact same time one week prior and the front door was locked at 8 & we had no choice but to use the window.) So which is true- you can only use the window or only use the door???
Also, there’s no sign anywhere about any such policy. If she had motioned for us to drive around, even that would have been better than being ignored. Needless to say, we’ll be choosing another place for dinners after dance. Very disappointing that they treat their customers this way.

Have previously enjoyed but recent visits have been lackluster with longer wait times than other locations and lots of mistakes. Writing a review this time because the same smoothie I’ve been ordering for years had a STRONG soap flavor today… hope I don’t have any bad effects from ingesting it

I placed an order online and came to pick it up this morning. I went through the drive-through and the lady just said order when you’re ready so I said twice that I have a pick up order and they completely ignored me so after I sat there for a while I drove around to the window and I saw a girl run to the back and nobody came to the window so eventually I went inside and she said, sometimes her headset turns off that’s why she couldn’t hear me, but there was no greeting no hey how are you or a goodbye or anything and horrible customer service

I love them so much, the food is always good and so are the smoothies, but recently they went above and beyond.

I put in an order a bit too early for everyone involved, both the employees and I (whoops) and couldn’t pick it up until 2 hours later- when I apologized for the error and asked if it was possible if they could remake it, Brittany said it was and did make it all, making sure my flatbread and smoothie were nice and fresh when I came in Thank you so much Brittany!

For the second time now, I’ve made an order through the app (and paid) during normal business hours just to show up and them be closed with a sign taped to the door. I submitted comments through their app and through their website to try to get a refund and still have not been responded to.

don’t go thru the drive thru if you just wanna wait there and not be serviced. lately i’ve gone thru and no one answers even when i say excuse me several times. workers are lazy just unacceptable.
