Gave me the wrong food and once I called she said the manger said “ I’m busy” and hung up in my face. Came up there and they would not replace it. I did not get what I ordered and manger extremely rude! Short hair pixie cut with glasses African American manger. My smoothie also was contaminated with a previous order. Was not made correct 0/10 experience will never be back. Ordered a bacon all American rap and receive something else.

I am baffled at the service every time I come to this location. The staff is so rude and act like they don’t want to be there. I feel like I’m an inconvenience whenever I come in not to mention last time I was there a guy literally rolled his eyes when he came to take my order. Today 2/10/25 a girl took my order (my receipt says her name is Katarina B) anyways I smile and ask how her day is and she looked me dead in my face with the most annoyed look on her face and says “good”. I thought you know what I can understand if someone is having a bad day but this happens every single time I come here and it’s not okay. How does this location have a 4.1 rating?! I do not understand… I’m just tryna get a smoothie what’s with the attitude y’all?

Love this place! My friend lives in New Market and bought my first açaí bowl and I ventured here to buy my own. It was the same franchise and did not fail. I really enjoyed it. It was nice and clean. The employees were polite and courteous. The location was away from the main street and has ample parking. Freddy’s is across the lot, so my grand can get his treats and I, mine!

They made my food wrong and would not replace it! Hung up in my face. Extremely rude manger with short hair African American lady. I did not get what I paid for. Yelling at me over the phone as if I was lying. Ordered an all American bacon rap and got this. Smoothie was contaminated with another smoothie and didn’t taste like it was made correct. Will not be back terrible service.

I walked in and my online order wasn’t ready yet. I told the guy who I was and that I can wait for the smoothie. Time goes by, and he finished making a smoothie and placed in the online pickup area. After 5 minutes, I decided to check if that was my drink and there it was. He could have at least said that my order was ready. He did this with a couple other people too. Terrible customer service.

I loved TSC in Florida, the people welcomed you in, everyone was happy and in a good mood. But this one is awful. The smoothies are never consistent the attitudes are terrible, they’re always out of things, the lids are always popping off ready to spill the smoothie everywhere. Just all around sucks! I just make smoothies at home at this point.
