Love my Tropical Smoothie Cafe located on 1989 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart. The staff is always pleasant (Sarah, Abby, Harmony and Carmen). They are well versed on the menu and app. Restaurant is always clean and has a nice vibe. Blessings to all.

I ordered a peanut butter cup smoothie and it tasted like there was no sugar in it. Very bland and thick peanut butter. My Chicken caeser wrap was good but it wasn’t wrapped great and they didn’t cut it all the way through, so when I tried to grab one side it unraveled and was such a mess to eat. Needless to say I was on my lunch break and didn’t have alot of time.
Young kids working is pathetic, Noone knows that true hard workmanship that is necessary for businesses. Pay attention to detail kids!

This location has gone so far downhill. It’s completely ran by kids that answer the phone like it’s their personal cellphone just saying “hi” and then, when I ask if they’re located off of monterey, they told me no. Once, I did a google search and found out that they actually were located off a monterey.I called back to place a pickup order to then be told that they don’t accept pickup orders via the phone. Save your time and go to one of the other close locations like cove that actually answer the phone professionally, and will take a pickup order over the phone. As someone who used to order from this location twice a week.I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Placed an order for pickup through the app, the app directed me to this location in Stuart even though I was in Jensen beach. I drive to the location in Jensen beach and they tell me they don’t have an order for me, so I double check the app and it says it was placed in Stuart.

I buy my order a second time at Jensen beach (without my free smoothie reward since I lost it to the Stuart order), and then contact the Stuart location for a refund, which the manager refused to provide. I have never seen a business charge a customer for food that they didn’t receive due to a mistake with their app and refuse to refund them, I definitely will never be ordering from this location and will be contacting corporate and filing a chargeback through my credit card for a refund. Poor customer service at this location, all over a $9 flatbread sandwich and a smoothie. Their loss.

New owners must have made some bad decisions regarding the staff. There is a constant turnover of employees, and it definitely shows in the atmosphere of the Cafe. With all the new people, you can’t get a good rhythm for service. I won’t be going back.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed today at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I came in with my 3-year-old daughter and ordered a smoothie and some food. I simply asked for another cup so I could share my smoothie with my child without drinking from the same one. The employee kindly accommodated my request.

To my shock, about ten minutes later, I learned that this employee was being sent home over this. This is completely unacceptable. Punishing staff for providing reasonable, customer-focused service — especially something as small and harmless as an extra cup — is beyond ridiculous.

This incident has left me with a terrible impression of how you treat your employees, and frankly, it’s disgusting behavior from management. You need to do much better.

They don’t know what they’re doing!!!!!!! No instructions what to do or that you have to order separately for food vs smoothies. My fruit-yogurt blend was done long before my son’s smoothie. No calling out of our name…. We waited for 10 mins. My boy went to counter to check on his smoothie & it was just sitting there. Never again
