It’s certainly not a surprise that this location only has 3.7 stars and that it was completely empty when I went in. I’ve gotten stale food from this location before but I decided to try it again. Once again I was disappointed, only this time I didn’t waste my money here. I went in trying to use my coupon code that I received after taking a survey. I take the surveys they list on the receipts frequently and have never had an issue before. The girl that was working the counter had no idea what it was and went and got LOGAN. He too acted like he didn’t know what it was then typed in the number and said it wasn’t working. I asked are you sure you’re doing it right. I’ve never had a problem before and I just did the survey earlier today. He could have tried calling a manager but instead didn’t care. They don’t teach these kids enough about customer service nor how to work the computer before they just leave them alone to run the store. Instead of waisting my money at this location AGAIN, I waisted more of my time and gas money and drove to another location and had no issue. Please properly train all these young kids you hire, who could care less, or stop asking people to take surveys when you can’t fulfill your end of the deal.

I love TSC and I’ve been to every location in PSL and some of Stuart. I have to say that this location in particular is far the best, talking about the amount of ingredients they use to prepare the meals. Just by looking at the little container of sauce it make me feel that the people that work here like to make the costumers happy and satisfied. Keep it up!!

Smoothie was great, female service wasn’t great but the gentleman there was great! First sandwich was garbage was a cali flat bread didn’t even get avocado on it was overflowing with sauce, soaked right through the paper. Had it remade the second one was much better the fact I had to have it remade though.

Smoothie was delicious but the service was slow, I’m not sure what was burnt ,can’t tell if that was bacon or toast. The sandwich had more of a tangy kick then any other ingredients that was listed on the menu.

My order was incorrect. When I asked the cashier to change it, I was told no because it was “already made,” even though it wasn’t at the time. I ended up taking the wrong food, and later realized my smoothie was wrong too—I ordered a Beach Bum but received a Bahama Mama. It would really help if orders were repeated back to customers or if receipts were provided so mistakes can be caught right away.

The staff was friendly and very willing to assist with my dietary restrictions. Including remaking a meal that was accidentally ordered wrong. Clean facility with lots of room and cute decor. Good food as always.

It’s always a nightmare! Either understaffed or just plain SLOW. Downloaded the app so I could order ahead. Pick-up time is stated on the app. It’s NEVER ready!! Figure another 15 to 20 min wait in the store! Then find out, the employee knows you are waiting and just sticks it in a freezer!Even though. She could call out your name!!! Really screwed up!! You all could learn something from Dunkin Donuts! It’s always ready!!! Disaster location!!

I am such a smoothie junkie.. I’ve had hundreds of them over the years and Tropical has always been the best. But this location never gets it wrong. Super friendly staff. Manager Jay is the best. I’ve been to a few different locations so trust me I know. And not just regarding the smoothies because the food is great too.
