Ordered same sunrise sunset no orange juice switch to açaí. I explained to the lady and guy it taste like nothing and I literally order this drink every tropical smoothie cafe and it’s always a mid or light purple color. And it has the taste I like this one taste like nothing. All the lady offered was for me to pay for more açaí which I don’t mind I’m telling her I get this all the time and this doesn’t look like it or taste. I almost never right reviews. But I will still go to tropical smoothie cafe. Just not this one. I ow a home building company and if I see something off with client and it makes sense we fix it. I can’t believe they couldn’t do it for a smoothie. But that’s my experience.

This location use to be my go to, but lately been running into some issues. Ordered 2 Caribbean jerk chicken wrap meal… neither wraps had jerk sauce on them. Call the store to tell them about the issue.. the “owner” Jack call us back and was truly the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to… he went straight to defense mode instead of being apologetic. He even went on to say that he made the wraps himself and then viewed the cameras to make sure the orders was correct so he knows for a fact that there was no issue…. But if you made the orders yourself why the need to view the orders.?smh… the wraps was so blend that we ended up throwing them away. Smh…. If that man is truly the “owner” I sure hope he finds another profession because there’s no way you can talk to customers the way he spoke to me.

I love the wraps here, breakfast and lunch. They are always wrapped tight, no floppy wraps where your food falls out. It’s fast, fresh, hot, and easy to eat while driving for those of us that drive all day for work and can’t sit and stay for a break. And it’s affordable. The place always looks clean when I go in and the staff is friendly.

First time here and got the new smoothie which is really good. (Mango Monsoon) I usually don’t write reviews but this the best smoothie I ever had from tropical smoothie!! The server was nice as well 🙂 (unfortunately didn’t get her name).

I got a Berry Blast smoothie, the flavor was good but the overall mix tasted just a bit watered down. I think it might be perfect with adding some yogurt. It was fine, but probably wouldn’t be my first choice given all the options in the area. Inside the store was clean and nice lighting from the windows. Counter service was fast if not overly friendly. Good but not great, 4 stars is exactly right.

I spend more than 80$ and the manager named Jocelyn couldn’t even give me 2 sauces that were 25 cents each. As a loyal customer of their this deeply hurt that they couldn’t even give 2 sauces away for free.

I like Tropical smoothie but my last two experiences has been bad.I ordered a Island green but instead I got the detox smoothie with a strong ginger taste,I had to drive all the way back to the store to request the right smoothie be made.Another visit my daughter asked for the Blimey limey and got two small smoothies instead which was not the Blimey limey that we asked for.Im not sure what’s going on with the staff but I’ll have to go elsewhere for my smoothies.

Honestly, I’m a bit sad about this. I don’t leave bad reviews, but it took an hour for them to give my order to Door Dash. My order got reassigned due to the wait. My quesadilla was very cold and my smoothie was melted. I’m not sure why my order got delayed but that is wha Door Dash was told. Sadly, this was my first time at Tropical smoothie in a long time and I was looking forward to it. A definite let down.
