Just ordered a Caesar salad from Tropical Smoothie Café and I’m honestly shocked at how bad it was. The bowl was less than half full, which is ridiculous for the price. On top of that, the little bit of lettuce that was in there was completely soggy and wilted—like it had been sitting out all day. It looked and tasted disgusting. Definitely not fresh, not appetizing, and absolutely not worth the money. I expect way better quality, especially from a place that’s supposed to promote “fresh” food. Won’t be ordering a salad from here again.

Uber wasnt allowing me to order pick up, so I pulled in. Place was packed but the team was so friendly and accommodating. The cashier mentioned the app when I asked about a loyalty card so I downloaded it and now I have a free smoothie next visit. Thank u so much guys!!

I ordered on the app today for pickup. It took way longer than expected but that doesn’t bother me too much since there was only one employee working on orders. What bothered me was that the employee dropped the bananas on the floor and did not care. She left them on the floor for several minutes and then proceeds to put two of those bananas in my bag with my order. One banana was unpeeled on one end, which I didn’t notice until driving away. I’m disgusted.

As soon as I entered this location, I was graciously greeted and welcomed into the store. I was assisted immediately. Nicole helped walk me through my order, being that this was my first time ever being at Tropical Smoothie. She showed professionalism, empathy, and patience. She has a strong work ethic and truly exercises selfless service as well as customer service. She was very kind, courteous, and very well mannered. Ordered the new ohana breeze that tasted like straight Orange juice concentrate and was extremely watery. I asked if they could remake it as it tasted awful.. was told no, asked if I could order a new one and have them comp it because the smoothie was not even edible.. and was told no. The female working was very rude and did not even try to provide good customer service. There was no manager on duty either. I’ve been coming here for years, and this seems to be a common trend. No thanks! What a waste of money.
