Great food and decent prices.. Brianna b did a great job, friendly and fast. Glad this location opened since its a closer drive. Ordered a acai bowl and banana flat bread crunch. Always get a peanut paradise smoothie , the Greek yogurt for a base is delicious.

I want to like this place. I really do. But a month ago I ordered a Thai wrap, it was good, but there is nothing to drink with it. Only soda, flavored drinks with sugar, and smoothies or a bottled water. Would it kill you to offer unsweet iced tea? Even in the bottle? Recently, I ordered an acai bowl. Fruit was great, fresh, beautifully presented. But the acai base had “refrigerator” taste – like something stored in the freezer with no top on it. I didn’t eat the base, it was too weird. I think their prices are high too. Especially if something tastes weird.

Came in for the first time today and the two young ladies that were there were non stop with orders but they did such a great job! Our sandwiches were great! Smoothies were delicious and the two young ladies were so nice! Thank you McKenna & Nathalie for the great customer service.

I was amazed my by the experience today. Had a stressful day and my daughter was in the car asking for a snack. I saw the sign and knew they recently had opened. I stopped in, the employees were prompted and polite. I was in and out quickly. Smoothie was delicious. I could tell they didn’t use artificial enhancers like the other smoothie companies use. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe is always clean and well maintained, and the staff is consistently courteous and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The smoothies are delicious and always made perfectly, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and prepared quickly. Libby, who helped me this last visit is especially sweet and helpful and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Every visit is pleasant, and this location is definitely one I highly recommend!

Great service! Great food! Great People! 5/5 stars all around! The manager John greeted me as soon as i entered the store with great energy and positive vibes. The crew was also very polite, all had smiles, and very friendly. The store was very well put together and was clean, and neat. The smoothie bowl i got was great consistency and tasted AMAZING. I will be coming again!! I would 10/10 recommend coming here, great team! Shout out John for 10/10 service! Keep up the great work!

Usually go to the gulf to bay or the Roosevelt location, but was out of town today and had an amazing experience with the New Port location! Drive thru was a little busy, but I took that as a good sign and went with my gut! Boy did my gut tell me right, that peanut paradise and pesto flatbread hit right! Shout out to Melissia for being awesome at her job!

Just opened near me and I decided to place an order through the app. After a tech issue, it wouldn’t go through, so we went in. It turned out to be a banking issue, but I was charged four times. When I went in to sort it out, the manager was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to look into the issue and make it right. He even offered my son and I a complimentary smoothie for the inconvenience.
The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be going back very soon!

Stopped by to get myself a smoothie and had an amazing experience. Both John and Brianna were extremely welcoming and kind, even took time to have a short conversation with me. Not to the mention the smoothie and food came out perfectly and quickly. Definitely recommend and will be coming back often.
