I’m a regular here & usually never am disappointed. This time however is a different story. My tropical dragonfruit smoothie was very watery & I couldn’t taste any of the fruit in it. It was so bad tasting that I threw it out. Very disappointed.

So this was the first time trying this tropical smoothie location and the food was good. Tasted like all other locations food, unfortunately the smoothie had no flavor and was super watery and the dates were not even blended up they were still whole. I also asked for peanut butter and it didn’t taste like they added any. I get this smoothie every day from the marco location and they do an amazing job, but this location definitely did something wrong unfortunately.

Smoothie Time! Tropical Smoothie Cafe rocks. I’ve never had the food but the smoothies are great. I don’t like any of the green smoothies, or peanut butter smoothies but the Sunrise Sunset is great even for casual smoothie lovers. They ran a special one time that was a Sunrise Sunset with orange juice and that was pretty good too. Whenever I’m hot I look for the nearest Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This one in Naples is really clean, sometimes it’s very busy too. Happy Smoothies!

Have been to this location over a hundred times. Staff always happy and professional. Food always great. I always buy a Jetty Junior smoothie for my daughter and a chicken sandwich for me, and occasionally food for others. We think that this is the best location out there because it is the best managed and because the staff are top quality people.

Best location, always clean, great environment, friendly & kindly staff ALWAYS ALL OF THEM!! Either drive thru or inside, they have the fast and accurate service (I never feel pushed to complete my order)

Probably my favorite smoothie place hands down, the staff is great and quite funny every time I have been, (haven’t had anything besides smoothies) but everytime I go I have had different smoothies and enjoyed everyone. There is a drive through and a sit down restaurant which makes it very easy to get breakfast or a light lunch on the go.

The staff of this location are always so friendly, the location is also well staffed whenever I go there. It’s not just two people trying to hold down a store. I have been going everyday for a couple of weeks now for my pre-workout smoothie as it fits nicely into my calorie needs.
